ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունում այսօր տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն անդրադարձել է համավարակի պայմաններում ուսումնական գործընթացի հետագա կազմակերպման և դպրոցներում համապատասխան ջերմային ռեժիմի պահպանման հարցերին:

«Նախարարի տեղակալը հիշեցրել է, որ նոյեմբերի 8-ից դպրոցներում վերսկսվում է ուսումնական գործընթացը:

«Հորդորում ենք խստորեն պահպանել հակահամաճարակային բոլոր կանոնները, որովհետև դրանք առաջին հերթին անդրադառնում են ուսումնական հաստատության գործունեության վրա: Հուսով ենք, որ այդ կանոնների պահպանման պարագայում կկարողանանք առկա ուսուցումը շարունակել ողջ ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում»,- շեշտել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:

Նախարարի տեղակալն անդրադարձել է նաև դպրոցներում համապատասխան ջերմային ռեժիմի ապահովման և պահպանման խնդիրներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ գործընթացը կարգավորվում է սահմանված նորմատիվներով:

«Դպրոցը պետք է ջեռուցել այն պահին, երբ համապատասխան ջերմային ֆոնը բնականորեն չի ապահովվում: Ես սա շեշտում եմ, քանի որ հաճախ ահազանգեր ենք ստանում, թե իբր նախարարությունը կամ լիազոր այլ մարմին՝ քաղաքապետարանը կամ մարզպետարանը, չի թույլատրում որևէ գործողություն կատարել համապատասխան ջերմային ռեժիմ ապահովելու համար: Դպրոցի տնօրենը պարտավոր է ապահովել այդ ջերմային ռեժիմը, որը ստուգելու համար պատասխանատու են համապատասխան տեսչական մարմինները և ոչ թե նախարարությունը»,- նշել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը և հավելել, որ կան դպրոցներ, հատկապես՝ գյուղական համայնքներում, որտեղ ջեռուցմանն առնչվող խնդիրները, սակայն, կապված են տվյալ բնակավայրի կամ համայնքի հետ:

«Եթե դպրոցում չկան համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ, օրինակ՝ գազամատակարարում, հնարավոր է՝ այն բացակայում է նաև տվյալ համայնքում: Մենք հավաքագրել ենք նման բոլոր խնդիրները և դրանք վերլուծում ենք տեսչական մարմինների ու Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության մեր գործընկերների հետ՝ փորձելով լուծումներ գտնել, օրինակ՝ սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերի շրջանակում»,- ասել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը»,- ասված է նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրությա  մեջ:
