«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ-ում բավականին ծանր են տանում ոչ միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին մի քանի համայնքներում պարտվել են, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ընտրություններին համայնքների մեծամասնությունում հաղթելու շանս չունեն, այլև այն, որ փլուզվում է իրենց «հանճարեղ» մտահղացումը: Բանն այն է, որ, ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, իշխանությունները ձգտում են ընտրություններին մասնակցել «ցանցային» սկզբունքով, այսինքն, այն տեղերում, ուր իրենք չկան կամ ունեն թույլ թեկնածուներ, առաջ են մղում իշխանամերձ ուժերի:

Սակայն, օրինակ՝ Մեղրիում «Հանրապետություն» (Արամ Զ. Սարգսյան) և «Ազատական» (Սամվել Բաբայան) կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները կոալիցիոն համաձայնագիր կնքեցին՝ այդպիսով իշխող «Քաղպայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը այստեղ դարձնելով ընդդիմադիր: Ճիշտ է, այս երկու ուժերն էլ ավելի քան մերձիշխանական են, սակայն բուն կոալիցիա կազմելու փաստից, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, իշխանությունները բավական նեղվել են: Ի դեպ, դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Վայքում կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում նույնանման պատկեր կարող է ստացվել:

Բանն այն է, որ, ըստ վայքեցիների, այդ ընտրություններում ամենաուժեղ թեկնածուն «Հանրապետության» ներկայացուցիչ Կարլեն Մինասյանն է, իսկ նրա հիմնական հակառակորդը Սիմոն Բաբայանն է՝ «Ազատական» կուսակցությունից: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Մեղրիի «պատմությունից» հետո իշխանությունները գործի են անցել Վայքում և ուզում են ամեն գնով ճնշել անցողիկ թեկնածուներին (թեև, ըստ տեղացիների, ՔՊ թեկնածուն հաղթելու որևէ շանս չունի):

Ու եթե Սամվել Բաբայանի ներկայացուցչին ինչինչ պատճառներով, այդ թվում՝ նրա նախկին գործունեության հետ կապված, շատ ավելի հեշտ է ճնշել, ապա Կառլեն Մինասյանի վրա առայժմ ոչինչ չեն գտնում: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Սամվել Բաբայանը խոստացել է բարեխոսել իշխանության «վերնախավին»՝ իր թեկնածուի համար, սակայն Մեղրիից հետո, ասում են, Սիմոն Բաբայանի վիճակը ավելի է բարդացել
