INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանը մտադիր չէ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ շփվելու բացառիկ իրավունք ձեռք բերել. Այս մասին ասված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների կողմից Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրման տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Ռուսական կողմը չի հավակնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հաղորդակցության մենաշնորհի, թեև այդ երկրների և ժողովուրդների հետ մեզ կապում է երկար և սերտ բարեկամությունը, լայնածավալ գործընկերությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով, - ասվում է փաստաթղթում։ - Մենք հանդես ենք գալիս միջազգային հանրության առկա ներուժի արդյունավետ օգտագործման օգտին՝ հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանային փոփոխված իրողությունները»:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ եռակողմ հայտարարության ընդունումից մեկ տարի անց կարելի է միանշանակ հերքել սոցիալական ցանցերում տեղեկատվական լցոնումներն այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ ջանքերն ուղղված են, իբր, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուն և Հայաստանը պրոտեկտորատի վերածելուն։
«Նման հայտարարությունները կրում են պոպուլիստական բնույթ, կատարում են միանգամայն ակնհայտ արտաքին պատվեր և իրականության հետ կապ չունեն», - նշել են ԱԳՆ-ից։
Ինչպես նշում են նախարարությունից, Մոսկվայի նախաձեռնած բոլոր եռակողմ փաստաթղթերն ու մեխանիզմները պարտադրված չեն եղել կողմերին, այլ հիմնվել են շահերի ստուգված հավասարակշռության վրա, որը նախատեսում է չափազանց հարգալից վերաբերմունք Բաքվի և Երևանի ինքնիշխանության և շահերի նկատմամբ։
