Տավուշի մարզում 57-ամյա կնոջը դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկել. նա հիվանդանոցում մահացել է
SOCIETYՀայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է տուժողի մահ) հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ, 57-ամյա Ն.Ռ.-ի մահվան փաստով:
Նոյեմբերի 4-ին, ժամը 14:10-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզի բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկից ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «գանգուղեղային տրամվա և կոմատոզ վիճակ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Ն.Ռ.-ն:
Հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության պետ Սերգո Ավետիսյանը, ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի պետ Վահան Ազատյանը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Խաչատրյանը: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածին իր տանը, անկողնում անգիտակից վիճակում հայտնաբերել է նրա ազգականը:
Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, նոյեմբերի 5-ին, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվում ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժին, որ Ն.Ռ.-ն՝ գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:
Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ ձեռնարկելով հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, պարզել են ենթադրյալ կասկածյալի ինքնությունը, այնուհետև Տավուշի մարզում հայտնաբերել են այդ կասկածյալին, ով բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժին: Փաստերի ճնշման տակ նա խոստովանել է, որ ինքն է հարվածներ հասցրել և մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառել մահացածին:
Որից հետո 39-ամյա կասկածյալ Գ.Խ.-ին ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնից ներկայացրել են Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նոյեմբերյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ քննիչի որոշմամբ նա ձերբակալվել է:
Նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է մահացածի տանից գողացված բջջային հեռախոսն ու լիցքավորիչը, իսկ վերնաշապիկի վրա առկա են եղել արնանման հետքեր, և ըստ կասկածների, հնարավոր է, դա լինի Ն.Ռ.-ի արյունը:
Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական:
