Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հղի կնոջ նկատմամբ սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողությունների փորձ կատարելու համար

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 35-ամյա տղամարդուն` հղի կնոջ նկատմամբ սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողությունների փորձ կատարելու համար։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության 
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015թ.  դեկտեմբերի  06-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել Արագածոտն մարզի բնակիչ, երիտասարդ հղի կնոջից՝ իր նկատմամբ իրենց ընտանիքի բարեկամի կողմից  բռնաբարության փորձ կատարելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը կանխվել էր ամուսնու կողմից։

Դեպքի առթիվ դեկտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և որոշում կայացվել՝ հղի կնոջը տուժող ճանաչելու մասին։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ընտանիքի բարեկամը դեպքի օրը հյուրընկալվել է երիտասարդ զույգին և օգտվելով ամուսնու՝ տանը չլինելու հանգամանքից՝ բռնություն է գործադրել հղի կնոջ նկատմամբ, հարվածել և փորձել սեռական բնույթի գործողություններ կատարել, ինչը կանխվել է ժամանակին տուն վերադարձած ամուսնու կողմից, իսկ տղամարդը դիմել է փախուստի։

Քրեական գործի շրջանակնրում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած անձը հայտնաբերվել է, և նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ակնհայտ հղի կնոջ նկատմամբ սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողությունների փորձ կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-139-րդ հոդված 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով։

Նույն օրը միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել է։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում` գործի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտ ածդատավճռով:
