«Գովազդի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը հետաձգվեց մինչեւ 2 ամիս ժամկետով
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային ժողովի տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում հետաձգվեց կառավարության նախաձեռնած օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումը, որով նախատեսվում է սահմանափակել շահումով խաղերի ու բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունների գովազդը: Հանձնաժողովի նիստում հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Բաբկեն Թունյանը հիշեցրեց, որ «Գովազդի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը վերաբերում է շահումով խաղերի ու բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունների գովազդի սահմանափակմանը:
Նախորդ օրը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավորների նախաձեռնությամբ ԱԺ-ում քննարկում է անցկացվել, հրավիրել են թե մեդիա ոլորտի, թե գովազդային շուկայում գործող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներին, լսել նրանց կարծիքները, նաև Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի դիտողությունները:
«Եվ գտնում ենք, որ կարելի է մինչև հանձնաժողովի նիստում եզրակացություն տալը որոշ բարելավումներ կատարել նախագծում»,-ասաց Թունյանը:
Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արմեն Հայրապետյանն էլ հաստատեց, որ իսկապես նախորդ օրն այս հարցով արդյունավետ աշխատանքային քննարկում են ունեցել և եկել են այն եզրահանգման, որ լրացուցիչ քննարկումների անհրաժեշտություն կա:
«Համակարծիք ենք այն մոտեցմանը, որ որոշակի ժամանակ շարունակենք քննարկումները, որ սահմանափակումները հնարավորինս առանց դժվարությունների հնարավոր լինի հաղթահարել»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Այսպիսով` նախագծի քննարկումը հետաձգեց մինչև 2 ամիս ժամկետով:
