ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարեց, որ այսօր Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին տեղեկացրել է, որ գիշերը 00.00-ից հետո, Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածին սահմանային և մաքսային հսկողության գործառույթներ իրականացնել, այսինքն՝ մաքսակետեր տեղակայել։Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ»  խմբակցության պատգամավոր, «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան  Աբրահամյանը:

 
ԱԽ քարտուղարի խոսքից ստացվում է, որ Գորիսից Կապան Որոտանով և Շուռնուխով երթևեկելու պարագայում, Ադրբեջանը համապատասխան ընթացակարգերով անվտանգային և մաքսային ստուգումներ է իրականացնելու հայկական պետհամարանիշներով մեքենաների համար։
 
Այս իշխանությունները մինչև վերջերս պնդում էին, որ իրենք Ադրբեջանի հետ պայմանավորվածություն ունեն այդ ճանապարհով հայկական մեքենաների անխափան երթևեկության համար, սակայն պարզվեց, որ իրականում այդ պայմանավորվածությունը գործելու էր մինչև այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի կառուցումը։
 
Այսպիսի ռեժիմի սահմանման մասին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները տեղյակ են եղել մինչև Ադրբեջանի իրազեկումը, որովհետև իր խոսքում ԱԽ քարտուղարը նշում է, որ իրենք նախապես քայլեր են ձեռնարկել և նույնանման սահմանային ռեժիմ իրականացվելու է նաև հայկական կողմից։
 
Դե ինչ ասեմ՝ իշխանական քաղաքական, քարոզչական հերթական փուչիկի պայթեցումից բացի, Սյունիքում անվտանգային նոր ական է դրվում։
