ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ), Իգոր Խովաևը (Ռուսաստան) և Բրիս Ռոքֆեյը (Ֆրանսիա) նոյեմբերի 10-ին Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ Փարիզում առանձին հանդիպումներ ունենալուց հետո հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ: 

Նշվում է, որ համանախագահները երկու արտգործնախարարներին ընդունել են համատեղ հանդիպման ժամանակ, որը բացել է Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարար Ժան Իվ Լը Դրիանը։ Հանդիպումներին մասնակցել է նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը:

«Համանախագահները և արտգործնախարարները շարունակել են Նյու Յորքում սկսված քննարկումները ապաէսկալացման ուղղությամբ հնարավոր մի շարք միջոցառումների ու այդ գործընթացում հետագա քայլերի վերաբերյալ, ներառյալ՝ այս ձևաչափով ապագա հանդիպումները և համանախագահների առաջարկած այցը տարածաշրջան»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Նշվում է, որ համանախագահները նախարարների հետ քննարկել են նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ կողմերի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման ընթացքը։

«Համանախագահները վերահաստատել են հումանիտար հարցերում առաջընթացի հասնելու կարևորությունը, ներառյալ, ի թիվս այլոց, պահվող անձանց, ականազերծման, անհետ կորածների, տեղահանվածների կամավոր վերադարձի և պատմական ու մշակութային վայրերի պաշտպանության հարցերը, և կողմերին կոչ են արել ապահովել միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների անխոչընդոտ մուտքը։ Համանախագահները նաև ընդգծել են հրահրիչ հռետորաբանությունից և սադրիչ գործողություններից խուսափելու կարևորությունը»,- նշել են համանախագահները:

Համանախագահները նոյեմբերի 10-ին և 11-ին հանդիպել են Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և Ելիսեյան պալատի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ քննարկելու նրանց ընթացիկ ջանքերը՝ աջակցելու կողմերին՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հետ կապված կամ դրանից բխող բոլոր մնացած հարցերի համապարփակ լուծումներ գտնելուն՝ իրենց մանդատին համապատասխան:
