«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Իշխանությունն այժմ անում է այն, ինչ նախատեսված է եռակողմ հայտարաությամբ, ուղղակի այն մաս-մաս է ներկայացնում հասարակությանը։ ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ, Արցախի հերոս Մովսես Հակոբյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում դեռ ամիսներ առաջ ասել էր, որ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածը 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ է Ադրբեջանին անցել:
«Նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված փաստաթղթով արդեն պարզ էր՝ Ադրբեջանը տեղակայվելու է այդ ճանապարհին, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր միայն այսօր են զարմանում, ապա կա՛մ աշխարհագրություն չգիտեն, կա՛մ չեն հասկացել ստորագրված փաստաթղթի էությունը: Ստացվում է՝ այսօր Ադրբեջանն իր տարածքում անում է այն, ինչ ցանկանում է: Եթե այսօր սահմանային անցակետ է տեղադրել, վաղը կարող է փորել այդ ճանապարհը ու այդտեղով տրանսպորտային միջոցների երթեւեկը չթույլատրել կամ ձերբակալել այդտեղով անցնող մեր քաղաքացիներին՝ մեղադրելով Ադրբեջանի դեմ կատարած հանցագործության համար: Ամեն ինչ կարող է լինել»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում մանրամասնում էր Հակոբյանը:
Ըստ Արցախի հերոսի՝ Ադրբեջանը Սյունիքով դեպի Նախիջեւան գնացող միջանցք ունենալու ցանկություն ունի: Ալիեւի խոսքերն էր մեջբերում, որ «եթե միջանցք բառը ձեզ դուր չի գալիս, ապա կարող ենք Լաչինի միջանցքը եւս վերանվանել»: Իսկ եթե Լաչինի միջանցքը վերանվանվի, բացատրում է ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ նախկին պետը, ու այն դառնա ՀՀ-ն Արցախին կապող ուղղակի ավտոմայրուղի, ապա Ադրբեջանն այդտեղ էլ մաքսային ու անձնագրային կետեր տեղադրելու հարց կբարձրացնի:
«Այսինքն՝ Սյունիքում տեղադրված անցակետը «մեսիջ է» մեր իշխանությանը, որ եթե չլինի «միջանցք», ապա նմանատիպ անցակետեր կլինեն Արցախում, Սյունիքում, վաղը, մյուս օրը՝ մեկ ուրիշ հատվածում, որտեղ կկարողանան տեղակայվել Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը: Ու հենց այսպես կձեւավորվեն մեր հարաբերությունները»,- հավելում էր մեր զրուցակիցը:
