7,5 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով բաժնետոմսերն ամբողջությամբ տեղաբաշխված են. Ակբա բանկ
SOCIETYԱկբա բանկի՝ սեպտեմբերին մեկնարկած բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխումն ավարտված է: Բանկի կողմից թողարկված բոլոր 500.000 բաժնետոմսերը սպառված են։ Բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխման ընթացքում ընդհանուր 5693 հայտատուից Ակբա բանկի բաժնետեր է հասցրել դառնալ 4976-ը. այժմ բանկի բաժնետերերի ընդհանուր քանակը ավելի քան 5200 է:
«Մեր այն նպատակներն ու ցանկությունները, որոնք ֆիքսել էինք բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխումից առաջ, չէր վերաբերում միայն մեզ. այդ ամենը վերաբերում էր մեր երկրին, մեր երկրի տնտեսությանն ու մեր հասարակության ապագային: Մենք շատ մեծ հնարավորություններ ունենք այս երկրում ավելին անելու, քան արել ենք մինչև հիմա: Այս ամենն, իհարկե, մեր բաժնետերերի, մեր հաճախորդների և մեր աշխատակիցների շնորհիվ է: Մենք դարձանք այն առաջին ընկերությունը, որին պետք է հետևեն նաև մյուսները:
Պետք է ասեմ, որ փայլուն անցկացրեցինք տեղաբաշխման ամբողջ ընթացքն ու համոզվեցինք, որ Ակբան այս երկրում շատ կարևոր կառույց է և ունի մեծ վստահություն և հեղինակություն: Մենք այս երկրի ապագայով մտահոգված կառույց ենք և ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որպեսզի մեր ճանապարհով անցնեն նաև մյուս ընկերությունները:
Բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխման վերջին մեկ–երկու օրերին, երբ պահանջարկը կտրուկ ավելացավ, մենք հասկացանք, որ մենք դեռ շատ անելիք ունենք Հայաստանում: Շատ մեծ, չիրացված պոտենցիալ ունենք և պետք է մաքսիմալ ձևով իրագործենք մեր նախագծերն ու ավելի շատ համախոհներ ձեռք բերենք: Այս տեղաբաշխմամբ մեր բաժնետերերի համար մենք պետք է դառնանք ֆինանսապես շատ արդյունավետ և եկամտաբեր կառույց: Բայց, այս ամենին զուգահեռ, մենք չպետք է մոռանանք նաև ոչ ֆինանսական ասպեկտը, ըստ որի, մենք միասին պետք է մեր հասարակության համար դառնանք առաջ շարժվելու լոկոմոտիվ, պետք է ավելի կարևոր դեր ունենանք հասարակության կյանքում:
Մեր բաժնետերերին շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում վստահության համար: Մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որպեսզի արդարացնենք նրանց սպասելիքները, որպեսզի իրո՛ք միասին կերտենք մեր ապագան: Մեր բոլոր ծրագրերը միտված են լինելու ապագային, երկրի զարգացմանն ու հասարակության մեջ նոր մշակույթի ձևավորմանը: Խոսքը բաժնետեր լինելու մշակույթի ձևավորման ու տարածման մասին է:
Այսօր մենք 5200 բաժնետեր ունենք: 5200 բաժնետերերի առկայությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ մենք ժողովրդական բանկ ենք»,– նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:
