Արդեն 9 տարի է լսում եմ` մի բողոքեք, մի քննադատեք, այլ իրատեսական առաջարկ արեք ))) Հավաստագրերի հարցը 5 տարի առաջ այսպես լուծվեց, շատերը կհիժեն, որ մեծ բողոքի ալիք բարձրացավ, հետո առաջարկեցինք այդպես լուծել և ստացվեց գալ ընդհանուր հայտարարի, հիմա անցնենք առաջ:
 
Որպեսզի հաշմանդամություն մարդիկ ստանան որակյալ աջակցող միջոցներ` սայլակ, քայլակ, կանգնակ և այլն, պետք է ոչ թե դրանք ներկրել, այլ ԱՐՏԱԴՐԵԼ Հայաստանում! Վստահ եմ, որ ունենք փայլուն գաղափարներով և հմտություններով երիտասարդներ, ինժեներներ, մասնագետներ: Ցանկություն է պետք:
 
Պետք է ներգրավել ներդրումներ, հիմնադրել որակյալ արտադրամասեր և արտադրել ԱՄԵՆ ԵՐԵԽԱՅԻ ԿԱՄ ՄԵԾԱՀԱՍԱԿԻ ԿԱՐԻՔԻՆ ՀԱՄԱՊԱՏԱՍԽԱՆ ԳՈւՅՔ:
 
Ոչ մի ներկրվող գույք, որը տրվում է հավաստագրերով, որակյալ չէ, մի քանկ ամսից շարքից դուրս է գալիս, մանավանդ երբ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձն ապրում է գյուղական համայնքներում:
 
Մեկ անգամ անհրաժեշտ է կատարել ներդրում ու ունենալ ժամանակակից արտադրամաս, հարցը լուծել մարդակենտրոն տեսանկյունից, այլ ոչ թե որ ներկրողն ինչքան ավելի էժան գին կառաջարկի:
 
Հավատացեք, որ որակյալ արտադրանքը, ինչպես օրինակ Գերմանիայում է, կծառայի տարիներ, այլ ոչ թե օրեր: Նույնիսկ շատ դեպքերում կծառայի այլ երեխայի կամ մեծի:
Ինչքան կարելի է հույսը դնել բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների վրա, մինչև ե՞րբ:
Վստահ եմ, որ եթե կատարվի ճիշտ հաշվարկ հումքի և որակի գրագետ համադրմամբ, ապա մարդիկ կունենան որակյալ գույք, որ վերջապես կհամապատասխանի իրենց ֆիզիկական և ֆիզիոլոգիական պահանջներին, այլ ոչ թե ամենաէժան չինականը, որը ծառայում է որպես տան աթոռ կամ մի քանի ամսից դառնում է աղբ:
 
Հ.Գ. Նկարում Գարիկն է, որդիս, որի սայլակը բերված է ԱՄՆից ու տեղում էլ հարմարեցված է! Հայաստան ներկրվող որևէ սայլակ տղայիս առանձնահատկություններին չի համապատասխանում!
 
Երբևէ հավաստագիր չեմ էլ վերցրել, որովհետև անիմաստ որևէ բան անել չեմ ուզում:
