ԼՂ հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծվել ուժով. Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հակադարձել է Ադրբեջանի վարչապետին
POLITICSԱՊՀ երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի առցանց նիստի ժամանակ Հայաստանի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հակադարձել է Ադրբեջանի վարչապետ Ալի Ասադովին այն բանից հետո, երբ վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը մնացել է անցյալում: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ադրբեջանի վարչապետ Ալի Ասադովը իր ելույթում կրկնել է երկրի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի խոսքերը, թե «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը մնացել է անցյալում և Ադրբեջանում ներկայումս երկու շրջան կա` Ղարաբաղյան և Արևելյան Զանգեզուրի»:
Ի պատասխան այդ հայտարարությանը` Մհեր Գրիգորյանը շեշտել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտություն չի կարող լուծվել ուժի միջոցով և հակամարտության կարգավորմանը կարելի է հասնել խաղաղ ճանապարհով ՝ բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության միջազգային մանդատի շրջանակներում։
«Վերահաստատում եմ, որ Հայաստանը հավատարիմ եղել է, մնում է և կլինի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի և 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի հայտարարությունների բոլոր կետերի կատարմանը: Ընդ որում, ես ուզում եմ վերընթերցել կամ վերաշարադրել շատ կարևոր նրբություն` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը չի կարող լուծվել ուժով։ Հակամարտության կարգավորմանը կարելի է հասնել խաղաղ ճանապարհով ՝ բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության միջազգային մանդատի շրջանակներում։ Եվ այս իմաստով տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ զարգացման փուլ դուրս գալու, իրավիճակը լիցքաթափելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը կառուցողական դիրքորոշում որդեգրի և հրաժարվի ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության և թշնամական գործողությունների քաղաքականությունից»,- եզրափակել է Գրիգորյանը:
