Գյուղացիները Տաթև ճանապարհով գնում-գալիս են, ով որ անհանգստանում է, ասեք՝ չանհանգստանա. Տեղի համայնքապետ
SOCIETYՇուռնուխում, Բարձրավանում և Որոտանում անվտանգային լուրջ խնդիրներ են ստեղծվել, այն բանից հետո երբ Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհին ադրբեջանական կողմը մաքսակետեր է դրել: Նման շրջադարձը անհնար է դարձնելու գյուղերի բնակիչների տեղաշարժը, որին այլընտրանք ճանապարհը ամբողջապես չկառուցված Կապան-Տաթև ճանապարհն է: Երեկ էլ համացանցում տեսանյութ էր հրապարակվել, թե ինչպես է կաթվածահար եղել այդ ճանապարհի երթևեկությունը: Տեսանյութին կից այդ ճանապարհով օգտվողներից մի քանիսը նշում էին, թե ինչ վատ վիճակում է գտնվում այն՝ ճանապարհին կա անտառային հատված, իսկ լուսավորությունը բացակայում է:
Պարզելու համար, թե ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհին մաքսային կետերը տեղադրելուց հետո անվտանգային ինչ խնդիրներ են ստեղծվել գյուղացիների համար ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը կապ հաստատեց Տեղ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Դավիթ Ղուլունցի հետ: Նրա հետ զրույցից պարզ դարձավ, որ ամենևին անհանգստացած չէ այդ մաքսակետերի տեղադրմամբ՝ ավելին մատնացույց արեց այլընտանքային կիսակառույց Կապան-Տաթև ճանապարհը.
«Տեղ խոշորացված համայնքի գյուղացիները Տաթև ճանապարհով գնում-գալիս են: Այս պահին աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում, ճանապարհ են բացում մեր գյուղացիների համար»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե ինչպե՞ս են գյուղացիները գնում-գալիս այդ ճանապարհով, եթե այն դեռ ամբողջովին կառուցված չէ, լուսավորություն չունի, Դավիթ Ղուլունցը առաջարկեց հանգստանալ այդ հարցով անհանգստացած բոլոր քաղաքացիներին. «Լուսավորվածության խնդիրն ու աշխատանքները հիմա կատարվում են, ամեն ինչ կընկնի իր տեղը, ով որ անհանգստանում է, տեղեկացրեք, որ չանհանգստանա, ամեն ինչ կլուծվի»,- նշեց Դավիթ Ղուլունցը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 11-ին, Կառավարության նիստից հետո իր ճեպազրույցում ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ քաղաքացիները հնարավոր է՝ վճարի դիմաց կարողանան անցնել Գորիս–Կապան ճանապարհով, իսկ այլընտրանքայինը շարունակում է մնալ Կապան-Տաթև ճանապարհը:
