Մոլորեցնող հրահրումները կանխելու համար հրապարակում եմ կարճ տեսանյութ. ՄԻՊ
BLOGՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել՝ կից գրելով․
«Այն բանից հետո, երբ երեկ մենք հրապարակեցինք փաստեր, որ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին ադրբեջանական, այսպես կոչված, սահմանային ու մաքսային վերահսկողությունն անօրինական է և որ այդ պատճառով Սյունիքում առաջ են եկել մարոդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումներ և հումանիտար լրջագույն խնդիրներ, որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում այսօր արվել են արհեստական հրահրված տարբեր հրապարակումներ, թե իբր ՀՀ մարդու իրավավունքների պաշտպանի փաստերը, որ Գորիսի Բարձրավան, Շուռնուխ և Որոտան գյուղերի միջև կապն էականորեն դժվարացել է, իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում:
Ուստի, մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին մոլորեցումից պաշտպանելու, ինչպես նաև այդ մոլորեցնող հրահրումները կանխելու համար հրապարակում եմ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից անմիջականորեն ձեռք բերված օբյեկտիվ ապացույցներից մեկի ընդամենը մի մասը՝ կարճ տեսանյութ (Խոտ բնակավայրից վերը նշված բնակավայրերը տանող ճանապարհի հատված): Այն ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է դժվարացել ՀՀ բնակչության և հատկապես նշված գյուղերի բնակիչների ազատ տեղաշարժը ճանապարհի այս հատվածներով, ու մարդիկ կանգնել են հումանիտար, այդ թվում՝ արտաքին աշխարհից մի քանի բնակավայրի մեկուսացման խնդիրների առաջ: Խաթարվել է մարդկանց բնականոն կյանքը, ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների պատճառով առաջ են եկել մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքի ու անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ:
Ուստի, այս հրապարակումը (տեսանյութ-ապացույցը) ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է, որ ադրբեջանական, այսպես կոչված, մաքսային կամ սահմանային վերահսկողությունը Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին չունի իրավական որևէ հիմք: Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին նրանց տեղակայումներն, առհասարակ, կոպտորեն ոտնահարում են մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային պահանջները:
