Ինչու էր Տույը գնացել Սիմոնյանների տուն. նոր մանրամասներ
SOCIETYՕրեր առաջ Երեւանի տներից մեկում հերթական սպանությունն էր տեղի ունեցել. միմյանց վրա կրակելով սպանվել էին քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Քանաքեռցի Տույը` Արթուր Ղազարյանը եւ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արտուշ Սիմոնյանը։
Սպանությունը տեղի էր ունեցել Սիմոնյանների տանը։
«Հրապարակ»-ին դեպքից նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։
Այսպես, իրավապահ համակարգի մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Տույի «մարդկանցից» մեկը խնդիրներ է ունեցել Սիմոնյանի փոքր տղաներից` Հովոյի հետ, այդ օրն էլ գնացել են նրանց տուն, որպեսզի հաշտվեն։ Մինչ մյուս կողմը հաշտության ձեռք կմեկներ, նախկին պաշտոնյան հայհոյանքներով է ընդունել «հյուրերին», որտեղից էլ սկսվել է փոխհրաձգությունը։
Տղաներից Կենդանաբանական այգու նախկին փոխտնօրեն Վլադիմիր Սիմոնյանն առաջինը կրակում է Տույին եւ սպանում, որից հետո էլ մյուս կողմը սպանում է Արտուշ Սիմոնյանին. «Արտուշենք շատով են եղել, նաեւ պահակն է եղել, իսկ Տույենք 4 հոգով են եղել»։
Երկուսը տեղում մահանում են, իսկ վնասվածքներ ստացած անձանց տեղափոխում են հիվանդանոց։
Ճանապարհին մահանում է Տույի աջ ձեռքը` Կվաս մականունով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Քանաքեռցի Տույի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 6-րդ կետերով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, այսինքն` շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու եւ ավելի անձի սպանությունը եւ ապօրինի զենք կրելը:
