Արտակ Դավթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել
POLITICSՄեր տեղեկություններով՝ անցած շաբաթ օրը ՀՀ ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել «անորակ հրթիռների» գործով, սակայն խափանման միջոց չի ընտրվել։
Մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել է Կապանի մի քանի գյուղերի ճանապարհներին ադրբեջանական կողմից մաքսակետեր դնելուն զուգահեռ, այսպիսով՝ իշխանությունը այս մեղադրանքով փորձելու է փակել Դավթյանի բերանը, որպեսզի հնազանդ կատարի բոլոր հանձնարարությունները՝ կապված Ալիևի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների հետ։
Մասնավորապես՝ ՊՆ նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն երեկ չի համաձայնել իշխանության հետ՝ թողնել, որպեսզի ադրբեջանցիները անարգել տեղաշարժվեն մեր տարածքում, այս իսկ պատճառով ազատման դիմում է գրել։ Թիրախում հայտնվել է Արտակ Դավթյանը․ պայման են դրել՝ կամ կատարում ես մեր հրամանները՝ արդբեջանցիներին չխանգարելու հետ կապված, կամ կալանավորվում ես։
Իրավապահ մարմիններն իշխող ուժի հրահանգով ամեն ինչ անում են, որ մեղադրանք առաջադրելու թեման չհրապարակայնացվի։ Ընդ որում, նախաքննական մարմինն այս քրեական գործով հայտնվել է փակուղում, քանի որ ԳՇ-ի բոլոր պնդումները հիմնավորվել են, որ հրթիռները եղել են որակյալ և դրանք գնելու անհրաժեշտությունը իրականում եղել է։
Նույն տեղեկություններով՝ Դավթյանի շահերը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության նախկին պետ Մնացական Մարուքյանը, որն այժմ անցել է փաստաբանական գործունեության։ Վերջինս «Հրապարակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ՝ ինչ մեղադրանքի մասին է խոսքը եւ ինքը նշված գործով որպես փաստաբան ներգրավված չէ։
Հնարավոր բոլոր պաշտոնական աղբյուրներով փորձեցինք ճշտել տեղեկությունը․ Արտակ Դավթյանը հեռախոսազանգերին չի պատասխանում, գործով մյուս մեղադրյալների պաշտպանները եւս տեղյակ չէին մեղադրանքից։ Դավիթ Տոնոյանի փաստաբանը միայն նշեց,որ թեպետ Դավթյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու ինֆորմացիա չունի, սակայն,որ հնարավոր է նման բան տեղի ունենա, ենթադրելի է։ Իսկ ԱԱԾ-ն այս լուրի համար գրավոր հարցում պահանջեց։
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Անորակ հրթիռների» գործով մինչ այս պահը անցնում էին 4 անց՝ ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, զենքի մատակարարմամբ զբաղվող գործարար Դավիթ Գալստյանը, 2009-ից մինչև 2019-ը ավիացիայի պետ-վարչության պետի պաշտոնը նախկինում զբաղեցրած գեներալ-մայոր Ավետիք Մուրադյանը, ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Ստեփան Գալստյանը։
