«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մինչ թշնամին հերթական ոտնձգություններն է կատարում Հայաստանի սահմանների նկատմամբ, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները նորանոր այլ խնդիրների նույնպես հանդիպում են՝ մասնավորաբար օր օրի գրպանների պարունակության դատարկվելու տեսքով: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, կիրակի օրը մարդիկ անակնկալի են եկել մասնավորաբար «Երևան սիթիում», երբ հայտնաբերել են, որ մի գիշերվա մեջ, օրինակ՝ հացը հերթական անգամ թանկացել է միանգամից 20 դրամով: Հանգստյան օրերին թանկացել են նաև ծխախոտը և մի շարք այլ ապրանքներ: Երեկ արդեն ահազանգեր ենք ստացել, որ թանկացումների շղթան տարածվել է հանրապետությունով մեկ:

«Իրականում բոլորի համար հասկանալի է, որ արդյունավետ, էական, մեզ համար առաջնահերթ տնտեսական քաղաքականության բացակայության պայմաններում, բնականաբար, պետք է նման գնաճ լիներ: Չզսպվող գնաճը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է տնտեսության շատ վատ վիճակով, իսկ այդ վիճակից այս պահին դուրս գալու առնվազն տեսանելի հեռանկար չկա»,«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը: Նա արձանագրեց, որ, փաստորեն, մենք ունենք ցածր եկամուտներ, աղքատության բավականին բարձր մակարդակ և սրընթաց ու չկառավարվող գնաճ:

Ըստ այդմ, Վ. Բոստանջյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում չբացառեց սոցիալական բունտերի հնարավորությունը... Մի խոսքով, ինչպես ասում են, Փաշինյանի խոստացած ապագան գալիս է «լայն քայլերով» ու բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ անվտանգությունից մինչև սոցիալական...
