«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները, սահմանային այս լարված իրավիճակի ֆոնին, երեկ նախաձեռնել էին անցկացնել հրատապ նիստ, որին կհրավիրվեր նաեւ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ կպատասխաներ պատգամավորների հարցերին: ԱԺ խորհրդի նիստում, սակայն, այդ օրակարգը չի հաստատվել, իսկ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն էլ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, թե արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրելու համար նախատեսված կարգն է խախտվել, այնինչ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները դա քաղաքական հարց են համարում:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, երեկ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաստատեց, որ ադրբեջանական ուժերը ներխուժել են Հայաստանի տարածք արեւելյան տեղամասերից մեկում: Եվ, ահա, ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները նպատակ են ունեցել արտահերթ նիստում քննարկել հենց այս հարցերը, սակայն իշխանությունների կողմից առաջարկը մերժվել է, եւ պատճառաբանվել է այն հանգամանքը, որ այսօր եւ վաղը վարչապետն ու կառավարության անդամները լինելու են խորհրդարանում եւ մասնակցելու են բյուջեի քննարկումների, ապա՝ հարցուպատասխանի: Սակայն նկատենք՝ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների նպատակը հենց սահմանային իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ արտահերթ նիստի հրավիրումն էր, այլ ոչ թե բյուջեի վերաբերյալ քննարկման ժամանակ այդ թեմայով մեկ-երկու հարցի պատասխանելը: Հարցերն իրավամբ շատ էին՝ սկսած ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի պաշտոնանկությունից:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ վերջինիս պաշտոնանկությունից առաջ ուշագրավ դեպքեր էին տեղի ունեցել. նոյեմբերի 6-ին Արշակ Կարապետյանն այցելել էր Արցախ, ինչն ավելի քան տասը ամիս ընդմիջումից հետո նման բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի առաջին այցն էր: Այցն արժանացել էր Բաքվի զայրալից արձագանքին: Կարապետյանի այցին հաջորդեց նոյեմբերի 8-ին բացահայտ սադրանք-սպանությունը Շուշիի մերձակայքում: Հետո ադրբեջանցիները տարածեցին տեղեկություն Սեւ լճում դիրքային առաջխաղացման մասին, Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ն տարածեց հերքող տեղեկություն ու տեսանյութ: Հետո եղավ Շուշիի մոտ ադրբեջանական հենակետի ուղղությամբ նետված պայթուցիչի դրվագը եւ, փաստորեն, գրեթե զուգահեռ ներխուժումը Հայաստանի արեւելյան սահմանային հատվածներից մեկը:
Եվ, ահա, այս այցերն ու հետեւանքները քննարկելու փոխարեն, իշխանությունները որոշել են ԱԺ-ում քննարկում կազմակերպել ՀՀ 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի շուրջ:
