Հայկական կողմը դիմում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը․ Արմեն Գրիգորյան
POLITICS«Լուրերի» տաղավարում Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, որ սահմանին իրավիճակը լարված է, մարտական գործողություններ են ընթանում։ Այսօրվա սրացումը նա կապել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից հավելյալ զրահատեխնիկա և զինված ուժեր կիրառելու հետ, հակառակորդը փորձել է օգտագործել նաև ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-երը։
Նա նշեց, որ քանի որ հարձակումը ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի վրա է եղել, հայկական կողմը դիմում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը։
«Դիմում ենք ՀՀ-ի և ՌԴ-ի միջև գոյություն ունեցող 1997 թվականի պայմանագրի շրջանակներում՝ ՀՀ-ի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պաշտպանելու կոչով։ Սա բանավոր դիմում է, որը նաև գրավոր ընթացակարգ է ունենալու։ Ուզում ենք հանրությանը և մեր գործընկերներին տեղեկացնել, որ նման գործընթաց ենք սկսում»,-նշեց նա ու հավելեց՝ հայկական կողմը ակնկալում է, որ ռուսական կողմը օգնություն կտրամադրի և հնարավորություն կտրվի վերականգնել ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։
Գրիգորյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հանդիսանում է «կարմիր գիծ» ՌԴ-ի համար և մայիսի 12-ից սկսած ադրբեջանցիները խախտել են այդ «կարմիր գիծը»։
«Մեր դաշնակցին դիմում ենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք մեր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունների շրջանակներում վերականգնենք ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Եթե հնարավոր լինի այս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը լուծել բանակցային ճանապարհով, մենք կողմ ենք։ Եթե բանակցային ճանապարհով հնարավոր չլինի լուծել, ապա տրամադրել Հայաստանին բավական ռազմական օգնություն, որպեսզի Հայաստանը կարողանա ստեղծված իրավիճակը հանգուցալուծի»,-նշեց ԱԾ քարտուղարը։
Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը հույս ունի, որ Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ կառույցների միջոցով հնարավոր է լուծել ճգնաժամը։
