ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը
POLITICSԱյսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը հարձակում են գործել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանի արևելյան ուղղությամբ և ներխուժել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք։ Ադրբեջանական կողմի նախահարձակ գործողությունները հանգեցրել են մարդկային կորուստների։ Այս վերջին հարձակումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքներ օկուպացնելու՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետևողական քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է, որը սկիզբ է դրվել այս տարվա մայիսի 12-ից՝ Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզեր ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներթափանցմամբ։
Այս գործողություններով Ադրբեջանը խախտում է նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, քանի որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հարձակումներ է գործում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ այն տարածքներից, որն ադրբեջանական կողմին է անցել այդ հայտարարության իրականացման արդյունքում։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրության համաձայն, իրավասու է բոլոր միջոցներով ետ մղել իր տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության դեմ ուժի կիրառումը։
Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը և մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին՝ ՌԴ-ին, ՀԱՊԿ-ին, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությանը և համանախագահող երկրներին, հստակորեն և հասցեական արձագանքել տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունը և անվտանգությունը լրջորեն վտանգող ադրբեջանական կողմի այս գործողություններին և գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել դրանց կանխարգելման, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքից Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի անվերապահ և ամբողջական դուրսբերման ուղղությամբ։
