«Տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային միջանցքների բացման շուրջ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են։ Այս հարցում դեռ կոնկրետ քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել։ Հուսով ենք, որ հայկական կողմը շուտով կհասկանա խնդրի կարևորությունը։ Համատեղ հայտարարությունները ստորագրում է հայկական կողմը, որը պարտավորություններ է դնում Երևանի վրա։ Եռակողմ հայտարարությունը ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանին և Հայաստանին վերաբերող փաստաթուղթ է, այլև շոշափում և բավարարում է ողջ տարածաշրջանի շահերը»,- Anadolu գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը։

Նախարարը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջանները Նախիջևանի ինքնավարության հետ կապող նոր տրանսպորտային երթուղու շնորհիվ կձևավորվի ուղի Թուրքիայի տարածքով դեպի եվրոպական շուկաներ։
«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը կդառնա նաև ճանապարհ Թուրքիայից դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներ՝ դրանով իսկ նոր հնարավորություններ բացելով Անկարայի համար»,- ասել է ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։

Ջ.Բայրամովը նշեց, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի ստեղծման աշխատանքներն արդեն իսկ ընթանում են։ Տարածաշրջանում անհրաժեշտ է վերականգնել ճանապարհային և երկաթուղային կապերը։

«Հայկական օկուպացիայի ժամանակ ավերվել են ճանապարհներ Ադրբեջանի մի շարք շրջաններում։ Ադրբեջանը սկսել է վերականգնել դրանք։ Եթե ​​եռակողմ հայտարարության կետերը կյանքի կոչվեն, ապա միջանցքի բացումը երկար սպասեցնել չի տա։ Միջանցքի բացման ստույգ ժամկետը նշելը վաղաժամ է, բայց գործընթացն ընթանում է, թեկուզ դժվարությամբ»,- ասաց նա։
