«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

realtribune.ru-ն «Նորայր Միրզոյանը իսկական հերոս է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ, ըստ պատմաբան Վլադիմիր Ռուժանսկու, երկրի պաշտպանությունը միայնակ անհատների խնդիրը չէ, դա երկրի ղեկավարության և ողջ հասարակության պարտականությունն է։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչ Նորայր Միրզոյանը պայթուցիկ սարք է նետել Շուշիի մերձակայքում գտնվող ադրբեջանական անցակետի վրա՝ ի պատասխան ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների սադրանքների։ Մինչ այդ, Շուշիի մոտ ադրբեջանցի զինվորները սառնասրտորեն սպանել էին Նորայրի եղբորը (իրականում եղբայրը չէ-«Փաստ»)։

Սակայն խաղաղ բնակչությանն սպանողներին զինվոր անվանել չի կարելի։ Ինչ-որ մեկը հիմա կասի, թե՝ «հանկարծ ինչ-որ բան չլինի», հանկարծ Նորայրի արարքը ադրբեջանական նոր ագրեսիա չհրահրի... Բայց միայն անսկզբունք վախկոտները կարող են այդպես խոսել, ես այդպես եմ կարծում: Նրանք, ովքեր վիրավորանքներ ու նվաստացումներ են կրում, միշտ ծեծի են ենթարկվում և նվաստացվում։ Նայեք, ամբողջ Ռուսաստանում հազիվ մեկ միլիոն չեչեն կա, բայց ոչ ոք չի ուզում ոչ միայն նրանց նեղացնել, այլ ընդհանրապես խառնվել նրանց գործերին։ Սա հատկապես վերաբերում է այն շնագայլերին, ովքեր սպանում են անզեն հողագործներին և անասուններ գողանում: Մեկ այլ հարց ևս. ինչո՞ւ բոլոր ֆերմերները դեռևս անզեն են և պատրաստված չեն իրենց պաշտպանելու համար: Ինչո՞ւ սահմանամերձ գյուղերը չեն վերածված ամրացված բնակավայրերի։ Յուրաքանչյուր ազգ այն ժամանակ ինչ-որ բան արժե, երբ կարողանում է իրեն պաշտպանել: Ի վերջո, կան աշխարհազորի համակարգի բազմաթիվ արդյունավետ մոդելներ։ Իսրայելը չեք սիրում, հիմք ընդունեք շվեյցարական մոդելը կամ վիետնամականը, վերջապես ֆիններինը:

Հայաստանում գոնե մեկը պե՞տք է պետական մտածողություն և քաղաքական կամք ունենա։ Երկիրը պաշտպանելը միայնակների գործը չէ. դա ողջ հասարակության և առաջին հերթին երկրի ղեկավարության պատասխանատվությունն է։ Իսկ Նորայրն իսկական հերոս է, իսկական տղամարդ։ Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր պոչը ոտքերի արանքն են կոխում և ոռնում խաղաղության մասին, պետք է ամաչեն, որ հասարակության ու պետության պատիվը պաշտպանում են Նորայրի պես միայնակները։ Եկել է եզրակացություններ անելու և գործելու ժամանակը։ Համակարգված կերպով: Ինչ-որ մեկն անպայման կխոսի ահաբեկչության մասին. անգամ կարելի է կռահել, թե ով: Բայց ահա թե որն է հարցը. մարդիկ և շնագայլերը տարբեր պատկերացումներ ունեն ահաբեկչության և ընդհանրապես հանցագործության մասին:

Շակալների համար քնած կամ անզեն մարդուն սպանելը, բանտարկյալներին ծաղրելը հերոսություն է, նորմալ մարդկանց համար դա սարսափ է: Ռուս խաղաղապահները Նորայրին հանձնել են Ստեփանակերտին, Ռուսաստանը չպետք է ձեռքերը լվանա, վաղ թե ուշ այս ամբողջ հորդան ոտնահարելու է նրան (Աստված տա, որ դա տեղի չունենա), և այդ դեպքում հայերը կարող են շատ ու շատ օգտակար լինել Ռուսաստանին։ Բայց սրիկաների գլուխները պետք է կտրել նախքան նրանք կտիրեն ամբողջ աշխարհին: Այս մասին ասել է Ուինսթոն Չերչիլը՝ կոնկրետ Հիտլերի մասին։
