Չտրամադրվող վարկեր՝ կեղծ էջերով. ոստիկանությունը զգուշացնում է
SOCIETYԽարդախությունը խաբեությամբ կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակությունն է կամ ուրիշի գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունք ձեռք բերելը։ Մեր օրերում, երբ ֆինանսական գործարքների մեծ մասը հնարավոր է կատարել առցանց, հանցավոր հակումներ ունեցող անձինք, ուրիշի գույքին խաբեությամբ տիրանալու նպատակով, մտածում են արժանահավատ մեխանիզմներ՝ օգտագործելով համացանցը։ Ներկայացնենք նմանատիպ խարդախության տարածված մեխանիզմներից մեկը։
Խաբեությամբ շահույթ ստանալ ակնկալողները սոցցանցում ստեղծում են տարբեր անվանումներով վարկային կազմակերպությունների էջեր, որոնցում տեղադրում են գայթակղիչ հայտարարություններ՝ ցածր տոկոսներով վարկեր տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ։ Բացի այդ, նշում են, որ վարկ են տրամադրում նույնիսկ, այսպես ասած՝ «սև ցուցակում» հայտնված անձանց։ Այդ հայտարարությունները տեսնողներից ոմանք սոցցանցով կապվում են այդ էջերի օգտատերերի հետ։ Նրանք էլ վարկ ստանալու նպատակով իրենց դիմած անձանցից անձնագրի լուսանկարները ստանալուց հետո հայտնում են, որ վարկն իբր հաստատվել է, սակայն կտրամադրվի, եթե նախապես որոշակի գումար վճարեն, ասենք՝ 18, 20 կամ 30 հազար դրամ։ Հաստատված վարկի մասին սուտ տեղեկությունից խաբված քաղաքացիները համաձայնում են վճարել։ Նրանց տրամադրված բանկային կամ էլեկտրոնային հաշվեհամարին փոխանցում են այդ գումարները՝ վարկը ստանալու ակնկալիքով։ Այնուհետև նամակները կա՛մ մնում են անպատասխան, կա՛մ այդ էջերը ջնջվում են։
