ԱՄՆ-ն ընդլայնեց ՌԴ-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցները, Մոսկվան համարժեք պատասխան է խոստանում

ԱՄՆ-ի արդարադատության նախարարությունը դեկտեմբերի 22-ին իր կայքում հրապարակել է ռուսական այն ընկերությունների ընդլայնված ցուցակը, որոնց նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվում Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում շարունակվող հակամարտության կապակցությամբ, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Պատժամիջոցների ցուցակը բաղկացած է երկու մասից. առաջինը ներառում է ֆիզիկական ու իրավաբանական անձանց, որոնց ակտիվներն ԱՄՆ-ում ենթակա են սառեցման եւ որոնց արգելված է բիզնես վարել Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ: Երկրորդ մասում թվարկված են ընկերություններ, որոնց նկատմամբ սահմանվել են նվազ խիստ սեկտորյալ պատժամիջոցներ. նրանց արգելված է, մասնավորապես, վարկեր վերցնել եւ արժեթղթեր տեղաբաշխել ԱՄՆ-ում, ինչպես նաեւ ամերիկյան ընկերություններից ստանալ տեխնոլոգիաներ ու ծառայություններ:
Պատժիչ ցուցակում ներառվել են, մասնավորապես, ՎՏԲ24 բանկը, Ուկրաինայում եւ Շվեյցարիայում Սբերբանկի դուստր կառույցները, «Գալս Դեւելոփմենթ» դեւելոպերային ընկերությունը, ինչպես նաեւ «Յանդեքս: Դենգի» (ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի 75 տոկոսը պատկանում է Սբերբանկին) վճարային համակարգը: «Սեւ ցուցակներում» հայտնվել են ընկերություններ ու բանկեր, որոնք ակտիվորեն աշխատում են Ղրիմում, ինչպես նաեւ կապված են ցուցակի գործող ֆիգուրանտների հետ:
Ֆիզիկական անձանց թվում, որոնց նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել, Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում ինքնահռչակ հանրապետությունների ներկայացուցիչներն են, ինչպես նաեւ Ռուսաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ, այդ թվում՝ ռուսական ընկերությունների՝ «Իժմաշ»-ի, «Կալաշնիկով» կոնցեռնի եւ ուրիշների աշխատողներ:
«Խիստ կարեւոր է, որ Ռուսաստանն անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկի Մինսկի համաձայնությունների շրջանակներում իր պարտավորությունները կատարելու համար»,- հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ-ի օտարերկրյա ակտիվների հսկողության վարչության տնօրեն Ջոն Սմիթը:
Մոսկվայում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանության մամուլի քարտուղար Ուիլյամ Սթիվենսն իր Twitter-ում գրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի կազմակերպությունների եւ անձանց ցուցակն ընդլայնելու որոշումը, որոնց նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանված, պատժամիջոցների խստացում չէ:
Մինչդեռ Մոսկվային այս բացատրությունը չի բավարարել: ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է Ռուսաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու փորձերը, եւ հավելել, որ Մոսկվան մերժում է պատժամիջոցների նոր փաթեթը ոչ թե որպես գոյություն ունեցող ռեժիմի ընդլայնում, այլ ճշտում ներկայացնելու փորձերը:
ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ Մոսկվան ԱՄՆ-ի գործողությունները համարում է «անտրամաբանական եւ ոչ բարեկամական»: «Դա այն գծի շարունակումն է, որն ավերիչ ազդեցություն ունի երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համար»,- նշել է Պեսկովը:
