«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Երեկ կայացած ՀՀ կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում գործադիրը որոշեց կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից 350 մլն դրամ գումար հատկացնել ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմին գյուղացիական տնտեսվարողներին աջակցության նպատակով: Այս իրողությունը, հատկապես տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, խիստ մտահոգիչ է: Ինչո՞ւ. որովհետեւ նախ օրակարգում ներառված էր հարցը չզեկուցվողների շարքում, եւ որոշ կետեր էլ հույժ գաղտնի էին: Որեւէ բացատրություն, թե ինչու է հատկացվում մոտ 750 հազար դոլար անհայտ գյուղացիական տնտեսվարողների, կոնկրետ ինչ գյուղացիական տնտեսվարողների մասին է խոսքը, չի տրվում: Չկար որեւէ բացատրություն, եւ անգամ հիմնավորումների մեջ չկային մանրամասներ:
Սա կարող է լինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից բազմիցս քննադատված համակարգված կաշառքի դրսեւորում, քանի որ, ինչպես հայտնի է, դեկտեմբերի 5-ին համամասնական ընտրակարգով 441 համայնքները կմիավորվեն 38 համայնքային փնջերում. դրանք են՝ Աշտարակ-Ապարան-Թալին, Արարատ-Արտաշատ-Մասիս-Վեդի, Արմավիր-Արաքս-Բաղրամյան-Խոյ-Մեծամոր-Վաղարշապատ-Փարաքար, Գավառ-Մարտունի-Սեւան-Վարդենիս, Թումանյան-Սպիտակ-Վանաձոր-Փամբակ, Աբովյան-Գառնի-Ծաղկաձոր-Նոր Հաճն-Հրազդան-Նաիրի, Ախուրյան-Ամասիա-Աշոցք-Արթիկ, Եղեգնաձոր-Ջերմուկ-Վայք եւ Տավուշում՝ Նոյեմբերյան:
Այսինքն՝ այս համայնքներույմ տեղի են ունենալու ընտրություններ, ու չի բացառվում, որ մոտ 750 հազար ԱՄՆ դելարը կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից կարող է ընտրակաշառքի սկզբունքով, բայց այլ վերնագրով բաշխվել համայնքներում:
