Նոր հաղորդագրություն գերիներից
SOCIETYՀայաստանի արևելյան ուղղությամբ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով գերեվարված և անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հարցով իրավապաշտպանները դիմել են Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան։ Այս մասին Հանրային ՀԸ-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է իրավապաշտպան Սիրանույշ Սահակյանը:
«Գերեվարված 4 հայ զինծառայողի դիմում-խնդագրով դիմել ենք, մյուսների մասով լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ ենք հավաքագրում»,- ասել է իրավապաշտպանը
Սիրանույշ Սահակյանը չի բացառում, որ անհետ կորած համարվողների շարքում կարող են գերի ընկածներ էլ լինել:
Իրավապաշտպանի խոսքով՝ գերու կարգավիճակ ունենալու առումով նշանակություն չունի սեփական երկրի ինքնիշխան տարածքում, թե՞ հակառակորդի կողմում է գերեվարվել անձը, նշանակություն ունի հակամարտության առկայությունը: Միջպետական հարցերի առումով, սակայն, սա կարևոր հանգամանք է:
«Եթե ԼՂՀ առումով անհիմն թեզ էր առաջ տանում տարածքային ամբողջականության հետ կապված, և ռազմական գործողությունները հիմնավորում էր ինքնապաշտպանության անվան տակ, ապա այս դեպքում ագրեսիան հիմնավորող փաստարկներ գոյություն չունեն:
Գոյություն ունեն միջազգային իրավունքի կոշտ մեթոդներ, որոնցով Հայաստանը կարող է ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա: Իրավապաշտպանները գործակցում են ՄԻԵԴ-ում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչության գրասենյակի հետ՝ հայ ռազմագերիներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու համար»,- ներկայացրել է Սահակյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, Նոյեմբերի 16-ին, ՀՀ արևելյան ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների հարձակման հետևանքով ծավալված մարտերի ընթացքում հայկական կողմը, այս պահի տվյալներով, ունի 6 զոհ.
1990թ. ծնված, ավագ լեյտենանտ Տարոն Ջիվանի Սահակյան, պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ՝ 1991թ. ծնված, կրտսեր սերժանտ Մերուժան Արթուրի Հարությունյան, 1990թ. ծնված, շարքային Գուրգեն Աշոտի Սարգսյան, 1998թ. ծնված, կրտսեր սերժանտ Արթուր Ջիվանի Մարտիրոսյան, 1980թ. ծնված, շարքային Դավիթ Հելբերտի Ամիրյան։ Եվս մեկ զոհված զինծառայողի ինքնություն դեռ պարզվում է։
Հայկական կողմն ունի 13 գերեվարված զինծառայող։ Եվս 24 զինծառայողի հետ կապը կորել է մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում և նրանց ճակատագիրն այս պահին անհայտ է։
