Բիլ Գեյթսը խոսել է կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակի մոտալուտ ավարտի մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSMicrosoft-ի հիմնադիր Բիլ Գեյթսը կարծում է, որ հաջորդ տարվա կեսերին կորոնավիրուսը ավելի քիչ վտանգավոր կդառնա։ Ձեռնարկատերը Մայքլ Բլումբերգի Նոր տնտեսական ֆորումում ունեցած ելույթում նա ուրվագծել է համաճարակի զարգացման հնարավոր սցենարը։
«Բնական իմունիտետով, պատվաստանյութի իմունիտետով և ներքին ընդունման նոր դեղամիջոցներով, որոնք կարող են ապահովել իմունիտետի այնպիսի մասշտաբ, որին երբեք չեն հասել հակամարմինների միջոցով, պետք է որ մահացության և հիվանդությունների մակարդակը նվազի և մինչև հաջորդ ամառ լինի նույնիսկ մի փոքր ավելի ցածր, քան սեզոնային գրիպի համապատասխան մակարդակը», - ասել է Գեյթսը ՝ հավելելով, որ դա հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե նոր շտամներ չհայտնվեն:
Նրա կարծիքով` նման եզրակացության կարելի է հանգել պատվաստանյութերի ու դեղամիջոցների վերաբերյալ վերջին «շատ լավ» նորություններից։
Միլիարդատերը վստահ է, որ կանխարգելիչ դեղերի պակասի հետ կապված բոլոր դժվարությունները կլուծվեն մինչև հաջորդ տարի, և կմնան միայն լոգիստիկայի և պահանջարկի պատճառով առաջացած սահմանափակումները։ Նա նշել է, որ որոշ երկրներում, օրինակ՝ Աֆրիկայում, պատվաստանյութերի պահանջարկի ավելացումը որոշակի մարտահրավեր է լինելու, սակայն խոստացել է անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար։
Գեյթսը նաև նշել է, որ Merck-ի ներքին ընդունման հակավիրուսային դեղամիջոցը համեմատաբար էժան կլինի՝ 8 դոլարից ցածր:
«Սա թույլ կտա յուրաքանչյուրին, ով գտնվում է տարիքային կամ քրոնիկական հիվանդության պատճառով ռիսկային խմբում, սկսել կանխարգելիչ բուժումը հենց որ իրենց թեստի դրական արդյունքը լինի», - ասել է Microsoft-ի հիմնադիրը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ աշխարհում կա կորոնավիրուսով վարակված ավելի քան 250 միլիոն մարդ, ավելի քան հինգ միլիոն հիվանդի փրկել չի հաջողվել։
