Դեկտեմբերի 1-ից Վրաստանում հանրային վայրեր մուտքը միայն Covid անձնագրով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԴեկտեմբերի 1-ից Վրաստանում հասարակական վայրեր մուտք գործելու համար անձը պարտավոր է ներկայացնել պատվաստումը հաստատող վկայական «կանաչ անձնագիր»։ Եթե Covid անձնագիր չունեցող անձը մուտք գործի հանային վայր, ապա տուգանքը կկիրառվի ոչ թե քաղաքացու, այլ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի նկատմամբ, անհատ ձեռնարկատերի դեպքում տուգանքը կկազմի 2000 լարի (640 դոլար), իսկ իրավաբանական անձի դեպքում՝ 10000 լարի (3200 դոլար)։ Այս մասին հայտնում է աշխատանքի տեսչությունը։
Քաղաքացին պարտավոր է ներկայացնել «կանաչ անձնագիր» հետևյալ վայրեր մուտք գործելու դեպքում՝ ռեստորաններ, սրճարաններ, կինոթատրոններ, թատրոններ, թանգարաններ, համերգասրահներ, զվարճանքի կենտրոններ, մարզասրահներ, խաղատներ, հյուրանոցներ, հանգստավայրեր, ճոպանուղիներ և այլն։
Ինչ վերաբերում է մանկական ժամանցի կենտրոններին, ապա Covid անձնագիր պարտավոր են ներկայացնել չափահաս (18 տարեկանից բարձր) քաղաքացիները։
Անձը «կանաչ» կարգավիճակ ունի, եթե նա ամբողջությամբ պատվաստված է, կամ անցել է 72-ժամյա վավերականության PCR թեստ կամ 24-ժամյա վավերականության հակագենի թեստ, կամ վարակվել և կազդուրվել է։
«Կանաչ անձնագիրը» տրվում է տպագիր տարբերակով (Արդարադատության տան կողմից) կամ QR code-ով՝ «կանաչ անձնագրի» հավելվածի միջոցով։
