«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մոտ երեք տարի քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում երեկ հանկարծ որոշում է կայացվել որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավել նաև ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Գլխավոր «հերոսը», ինչպես միշտ, գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանն է, մեղադրանքը, էլի ինչպես միշտ, կաշառքը: Երեկ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել էր, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի երրորդ վարչության պետ Հրաչյա Մուշեղյանը, «ով համաձայնվել է հերթական դավաճանական գործարքից առաջ հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար Սերժ Սարգսյանի գրպանը Սիլվա Համբարձումյան «գցել», շուտով բարձր պաշտոնի է նշանակվելու»: «Փաստը» փորձեց ուսումնասիրել, թե ով է, ի վերջո, Հրաչյա Մուշեղյանը, և առաջին հերթին ուսումնասիրեցինք Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողվի կայքում հրապարակված հայտարարագրերը:

Բացի այն, որ Մուշեղյանը 2019 և 2020 թվականներին, որպես համատեղ սեփականություն, հայտարարագրել է 6 հողամաս, ինչպես նաև բավական շոշափելի դրամական միջոցներ (ասենք՝ միայն կանխիկ 39 մլն դրամ), մի ուշագրավ կետի հանդիպեցինք: Մասնավորաբար, հայտարարատու անձի ընտանիքի անդամի, տվալ դեպքում՝ կնոջ 2019 թ. հայտարարագրում «Խաղատներում կամ շահումներով խաղերում ստացած եկամուտները» տողում նշված է 5420 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Հասկանալի է, որ առանց «խաղալու» նման եկամուտ չես ունենա: Չնայած բուքմեյքերական ընկերության անունը հայտարարագրում նշված է, սակայն այն չենք հրապարակում գովազդ կամ հակագովազդ չդիտվելու համար:
