Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային նկրտումներ է ցուցաբերում. Փաշինյան
POLITICSԱդրբեջանը որդեգրել է շարունակական ագրեսիայի քաղաքականություն ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ : Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե կա արդյո՞ք նոր պատերազմի վտանգ:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ ի վերջո Ադրբեջանի գործելակերպը մեր դիվանագիտական և արտաքին քաղաքականության քննության և քննարկման առարկաներից մեկը պետք է լինի: Ադրբեջանը որդեգրել է շարունակական ագրեսիայի քաղաքականություն ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ, այս թեման պետք է լինի միջազգային հանրության կիզակետում: Ադրբեջանը պատերազմից հետո փորձ է անում կիրառել պատերազմում հաղթողի իրավունքը, մի բան, որը ժամանակակից աշխարհում գոյություն չունի: Մենք փորձում ենք ամեն կառուցողական ջանք գործադրել, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում իրադրությունը հանդարտվի, բայց պետք է արձագրենք, որ միջազգային հանրության անդամը պետք է որոշակի չափեր ունենա, և միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է հետևի, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ չափերին հետևի»:
Փաշինյանը խոսեց նաև այդքան քննարկվող հնարավոր միջանցքի հարցից. «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային նկրտումներ է ցուցաբերում, ի՞նչ է նշանակում Զանգեզուրի միջանցք, ի՞նչ է նշանակում Արևելյան Զանգեզուր, ի՞նչ է նշանակում միջանցքային տրամաբանություն: Մենք նախկինում հայտարարել ենք, որ միջանցքային տրամաբանությամբ հարց չենք քննարկել, չենք քննարկում և չենք քննարկելու, ինչը չի նշանակում, որ որևէ կերպ մենք հրաժարվում ենք տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման օրակարգից, կներեք, ես չեմ կարող թաքցնել և ուղիղ պետք է ասեմ, որ Հայաստանն է գուցե շահագրգիռ, որ տարածքային կոմունիկացիաները բացվեն և միջանցքային տրամաբանությունները, իմ կարծիքով, հենց Ադրբեջանն է զարգացնում հենց տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիներն օրակարգից հանելու համար, բայց մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որպեսզի դա Ադրբեջանին չհաջողվի»:
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ սա այլևս Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարց չէ, սա միջազգային իրավունքի հարց է արդեն:
Պատերազմի վտանգի մասով, Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ կա Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիվ պահվածք, որը պետք է զսպվի միջազգային օղակների կողմից:
