«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում կկայանա Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եռակողմ հանդիպումը։ Կրեմլի տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ նախատեսվում է հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եւ հունվարի 11-ին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը ու նախանշել նաեւ հետագա քայլերը:
Նշվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը նաեւ երկկողմ ձեւաչափով հանդիպումներ կունենա Հայաստանի վարչապետի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ։ Սոչիում նախատեսված հանդիպումից հետո Փաշինյանն ու Ալիեւը եւս մեկ հանդիպում կունենան դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Բրյուսելում Եվրամիության Արեւելյան գործընկերության գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում։
Նկատենք՝ ըստ մամուլի՝ եռակողմ հանդիպումը նախատեսված էր նոյեմբերի 9-ին փաստաթղթերի ստորագրմամբ։ Հանդիպման վերաբերյալ արտահոսքից հետո Կրեմլի խոսնակը հայտարարեց, որ եռակողմ հանդիպումը կլինի կողմերի համաձայնության դեպքում՝ ակնարկելով նաեւ առարկայական արդյունքի պայմանը։ Դա հենց փաստաթուղթն էր։ Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների տեղեկությունների՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մերժել էր ստորագրել սահմանազատման փաստաթուղթը։
Նոյեմբերի 16-ին Բաքուն ներխուժման փորձ արեց Սիսիանի շրջանի հատվածում, որտեղով ենթադրաբար պետք է բացվի միջանցքը։ Հայկական կողմից զոհերի եւ պատանդների թիվն առայժմ հստակ չի ասվում։ Դրանից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ կողմ է սահմանազատման ռուսական առաջարկներին:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ռուս վերլուծաբան Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը բնական համարեց այսպիսի հանդիպումները, քանի որ, նրանց խոսքով, դրանց կարիքը շատ էր հասունացել: Նա այս պահին առաջնային է համարում դելիմիտացիայի եւ դեմարկացիայի գործընթաց իրականացնելը եւ ողջունեց այն հանգամանքը, որ հայկական կողմը դրան համաձայնել է ռուսական կողմի առաջարկով:
