Կառավարությունը նվազեցնելու է ԿԲ-ին հատակացվող միջոցները

ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է կրճատել Կենտրոնական բանկին տրամադրված անտոկոս ցպահանջ պետական հասարակ մուրհակի չափը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության դեկտեմբերի 24-ի նիստի օրակարգում: 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ի որոշմամբ կառավարությունը ԿԲ-ին հատկացրել էր 106 միլիարդ 175 մ իլիոն 637 հազար դրամի չափով անտոկոս ցպահանջ պետական հասարակ մուրհակ, իսկ առաջիկա որոշմամբ գործադիրն այդ գումարի չափը կփոխարինի 81 միլիարդ 275 միլիոն 373 հազար դրամով:
«Նախագծի ընդունումը բխում է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական բանկի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի դրույթների պահանջներից, որի համաձայն` ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի հաշվեկշռում, ֆինանսական տարվա արդյունքում առաջացած վնասը պահուստների հանրագումարը գերազանցելու դեպքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը` գերազանցող գումարի չափով, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, որպես ներդրում ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կապիտալում բանկին տրամադրում է անտոկոս ցպահանջ պետական հասարակ մուրհակներ»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
