«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում վաղուց արդեն որդեգրել է հակառակորդների նկատմամբ քրեական գործեր հարուցելու գործելաոճը: Բայց իշխանությունների ֆանտազիան դրանով չի սահմանափակվում: Հիմա արդեն, չվստահելով անգամ յուրայիններին, փորձում են իրենց կադրային նախապատվություններում ընտրել այնպիսիններին, որոնք այն աստիճան խոցելի կլինեն, որ մտքներով էլ չանցնի «թռնել» իրենց վրայից:
Օրինակ՝ Վայք խոշորացված համայնքում դեկտեմբերի 5-ին սպասվելիք ընտրություններին «Քաղպայմանագիրն» առաջադրել է բավականին հետաքրքիր մի թեկնածուի, որի կենսագրությունը հարուստ է որոշ «քաջագործություններով»: Խոսքը Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանի մասին է, որը համայնքում հայտնի է որպես ալ յումինի «ֆանատ», ընդ որում, առնվազն երկու անգամ իր այդ «ֆանատիզմի» արդյունքում հայտնվել է իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Այսպես, 2002 թ. ապրիլի 29-ին Վայքի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը «Գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակումը» հոդվածով դատապարտել է Մխիթար Կոլ յայի Մաթևոսյանին 2 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման: Դատապարտվածը հենց դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ է արձակվել, քանի որ այդ պահին գործել է համաներման որոշումը:
Բայց սրանով քպական թեկնածուի «արկածները» չեն ավարտվել: Նկարագրված դեպքերից մեկ տարի անց` 2003 թ. ապրիլի 11-ին, Վայոց ձորի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը նույն հոդվածով Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանի նկատմամբ կալանքի սանկցիա է կիրառել, և վերջինս տեղափոխվել է «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
Նույն թվականի մայիսի 16-ին Վայոց ձորի ժողդատարանի կողմից դատապարտվել է 2 տարի ազատազրկման: Սակայն կրկին դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ է արձակվել համաներման հիման վրա: Ի դեպ, 2019 թվականին մի քրեական գործ էլ հարուցվել է այն ՍՊԸ-ի գծով, որի տնօրենն է եղել Մաթևոսյանը: Խոսքը «ընկերության տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի առերևույթ հափշտակություն կատարելու դեպքի» մասին է:
