Արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի համաձայն, ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողների գրանցումն իրականացվում է տեխնիկական սարքավորումներով: Ընտրատեղամասերում այդ սարքավորումների սպասարկումն ապահովելու համար նախապես պայմանագրեր են կնքվում մասնագետների հետ, որոնք ԿԸՀ դասընթացներում լիցենզիա են ստացել։

Ամեն ընտրությունից առաջ ԿԸՀ-ն այդ մասնագետների համար դասընթացներ է կազմակերպում, թարմացնում պայմանագրերը, սակայն դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին հաշված օրեր են մնացել, դասընթացներ չեն կազմակերպվել, նախորդ ընտրություններին աշխատած մասնագետների հետ չեն կապվել։

Լուրեր կան, որ ԿԸՀ-ն իր մասնագետներին է «գործուղելու» աշխատելու։ Եթե այդպես լինի, կնշանակի ընտրությունները կեղծելու հրահանգ են ստացել, հակառակ դեպքում հին, փորձառու մասնագետներին կհրավիրեին։ ԿԸՀ-ից պարզաբանում ստանալ չհաջողվեց՝ մեր զանգերին չպատասխանեցին։
