ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ, ԱԺ Հայաստան-Չինաստան բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Հակոբ Արշակյանը նոյեմբերի 26-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանոմ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Ֆան Յոնգին․ տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԺ-ից։

Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել բարեկամական խմբի անդամներ Բաբկեն Թունյանը, Լենա Նազարյանը, Գուրգեն Արսենյանը: Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Հակոբ Արշակյանը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել է, որ Հայաստանում Չինաստանի դեսպանության եւ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի միջեւ առկա է արդյունավետ համագործակցություն: Այս հարցում ԱԺ փոխնախագահն ընդգծել է դեսպանի ուրույն դերակատարությունը: «Հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները շարունակում են վերընթաց ուղի ապահովել, փոխվստահության ու փոխըմբռնման ընդլայնման հնարավորություններ կան: Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է խորացնելու երկկողմ հարաբերությունները տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ քաղաքական, տնտեսական եւ հումանիտար»,-փաստել է խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակը: Դեսպանն իր հերթին բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ քաղաքական երկխոսության մակարդակը: Ըստ Ֆան Յոնգի՝ պետք է ակտիվացնել խորհրդարանական փոխգործակցությունը, հաճախակի դարձնել փոխայցերը, ինչը դանդաղել է համավարակի պատճառով: Որպես բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար՝ Հակոբ Արշակյանն առանձնակի կարեւորել է այս ձեւաչափի գործուն նշանակությունը օրենսդիրների միջեւ շփումների ակտիվացման եւ երկկողմ օրակարգի առաջմղման հարցում:

Լենա Նազարյանն անդրադարձել է կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի դեմ համատեղ պայքարին եւ այս հարցում կարեւորել Չինաստանի աջակցությունը մեր երկրին: Գուրգեն Արսենյանը երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնման համատեքստում խոսել է կրթական, մշակութային ծրագրերի իրականացման անհրաժեշտության մասին եւ հավելել, որ դա հնարավորություն կտա երկու ժողովուրդներին փոխադարձաբար ծանոթանալու մշակութային արժեքներին: Բաբկեն Թունյանը, կարեւորելով տնտեսական համագործակցության խթանումը, կարծիք է հայտնել, որ չնայած համավարակին՝ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկան հիմնականում պահպանվել է: Պատգամավորն անդրադարձել է երկկողմ ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալների մեծացման անհրաժեշտությանը:
