ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը ռազմական ոլորտում համագործակցության խորացման ուղղված նոր ճանապարհային քարտեզ են նախապատրաստել, որն ուրվագծում է երկու երկրների միջև ռազմական բնագավառում նոր առաջընթացի, իրականացվելիք քայլերի մանրամասները։ Զարգացման պլանը նախատեսված է մինչև 2025 թվականի համար։

ՌԴ-ի ու Չինաստանի՝ ռազմական համագործակցության այս նոր մակարդակի շուրջ պայմանավորվածության գնալն առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է Արևմուտք-ՌԴ, Արևմուտք-Չինաստան դիմակայության այս ժամանակաշրջանով, ինչը Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանում նոր անվտանգային սպառնալիքներ է առաջացնում։

Հարավային Կովկասը չի կարող անմասն մնալ աշխարհում և հատկապես ՌԴ-Արևմուտք դիմակայությամբ պայմանավորված սպառնալիքներից, որովհետև, բացի անվտանգային ավանդական ռիսկերից, կրկին ակտուալ է դառնում երրորդ երկրների կողմից պատերազմ հրահրելու և ՌԴ պատասխանատվության գոտում նոր ագրեսիայի հրահրելու հարցը։

ՌԴ-ն և Չինաստանը հատկապես ռազմական բնագավառում միմյանց հետ համագործակցության, փոխլրացման հսկայական պոտենցյալ ունեն։

Մի փոքր առաջ անցնելով նշեմ, որ ռազմաքաղաքական բալանսի ապահովման և արտաքին սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու տեսանկյունից, ՌԴ-Չինաստան հարաբերությունների նոր որակի բարձրացումը չի կարող իր ուղղակի և անուղղակի ազդեցությունը չթողել նաև ՀՀ-ի վրա։

Նույնիսկ մեր նման փոքր երկրի պարագայում, Չինաստանն ունի միմյանց հետ համընկնող շահեր և առաջիկա տարիների համար, ՀՀ ցանկացած իշխանության համար չինական ուղղության զարգացումը և՛ երկկողմ, և՛ բազմակողմ (ՌԴ) ձևաչափով պետք է լինի արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղություններից։

Հայաստանի այս իշխանությունն, իհարկե, լրիվ այլ առաջնահերթություններ ունի, ինչը հակասում է կամ բացառում է Չինաստանի հետ նկարագրածս մակարդակի հարաբերություններ ստեղծելը, սակայն սա էլ ժամանակի հարց է։
