Արտակարգ դեպք Երևանում. հետախուզվողին վնասազերծելու ժամանակ պարեկները արցունքաբեր գազ են կիրառել. ձեռնաշղթայված հետախուզվողը դիմել է փախուստի
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 28-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ, Իսակովի պողոտայում նկատել են հանդիպակած երթևեկող Nissan մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող shamshyan.com-ը, պարեկները ձայնային ազդանշանի միջոցով փորձել են Nissan-ը կանգնեցնել, սակայն վարորդը՝ չենթարկվելով պարեկների օրինական «կանգ առ» հրահանգին, շարունակել է երթևեկությունը դեպի Բաբաջանյան փողոց, այնուհետև Շերամի փողոցով ուղևորվել է դեպի Հաղթանակ (ժողովրդին հայտնի 4-րդ գյուղի) թաղամասի տներից մեկի բակ: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, պարեկները պարզել են, որ վարորդը Երևանի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա Հարություն Ա.-ն է, ով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի կողմից գտնվում է հետախուզման մեջ:
Այդ ժամանակ պարեկները փորձել են նրան բերման ենթարկել ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին, սակայն նշված տանից դուրս են եկել 2 հոգի՝ կին և տղամարդ ու սկսել քաշքշել պարեկներին՝ խոչընդոտելով վերջիններիս աշխատանքին: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, պարեկները մի քանի անգամ հորդորել են այդ մարդկանց, որպեսզի չխոչընդոտեն իրենց աշխատանքին, սակայն այդ մարդիկ իրենց ձեռքերում խոհանոցային «չափաջախով» շարունակել են խոչընդոտել:
Ու այդ ժամանակ պարեկները օգտագործել են արցունքաբեր գազ և հետախուզվողին հագցրել են ձեռնաշղթա: Դրանից հետո նորից շարունակվել է քաշքշուկը և օգտվելով քաշքշուկից, ձեռնաշղթայված հետախուզվողը դիմել է փախուստի:
Արդեն ժամը 03:30-ի սահմաններում, Հաղթանակ թաղամասից՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին են բերման ենթարկվում 64-ամյա Ս.Ա-ն և 65-ամյա Լ.Ա-ն: Որոշ ժամանակ անց ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից նրանք բաց են թողնվել: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ, այսօր՝ ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում, «Հաղթանակ» թաղամասում հայտնաբերել և ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել հետախուզվող Հարություն Ա.-ին:
Վերջինս ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից ներկայացվել է ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղ էլ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն:
