Հայաստանում պահեստազորում հաշվառված բժիշկների զորակոչ կլինի
SOCIETYԻրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման կայքում ներկայացվել է որոշման նախագիծ, համաձայն որի` 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ից մինչև 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ը ներառյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի պահեստազորի սպայական կազմում հաշվառված՝ մինչև 35 տարեկան արական սեռի բժիշկ-մասնագետների պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչ կլինի՝ ծառայության ժամկետը սահմանելով երկու տարի:
Որոշման մեջ սահմանված է պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչի ենթակա անձանց թվաքանակը՝ մինչև 70 բժիշկ-մասնագետ:
«Պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչի շրջանակներում մինչև 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ը ներառյալ զորացրել «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցած զինծառայողներին»,–ասված է նախագծում:
Պահանջվում է պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչից խուսափող քաղաքացիների տվյալներն ուղարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության համապատասխան կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, իսկ զորակոչի ավարտից հետո` նրանց վերաբերյալ կազմված նյութերը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության համապատասխան կայազորային քննչական բաժիններ:
