ՀՀ անվտանգությանը սպառնալու դեպքում ՀՕՊ-ը կարող է ոչնչացնել օդանավը. Պաշտպանության փոխնախարար

ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստին Պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Արման Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց «Պետական սահմանի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը։

Ըստ նախագծի՝ նախատեսվում է պետական սահմանի օդային տարածքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերի կողմից հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոցների օգտագործման կարգը սահմանել ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ:

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերն իրավասու են ՀՀ անվտանգությանը սպառնալու դեպքում կամ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ թշնամական որևէ գործողություն կատարելիս ուղեկցել ու ստիպել օդանավին կամ թռչող այլ սարքին վայրէջք կատարել օդանավակայաններում կամ համապատասխան այլ տարածքներում, եթե օդանավը կամ թռչքող այլ սարքը շարունակում է գործողությունները։

«ՀՕՊ ոչնչացնում է նշված օդանավը կամ թռչող այլ սարքը», - ասաց Սարգսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջարկվում է կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ կանոնակարգել օդային տարածքում ՀՀ պետական սահմանը պահպանելիս և ՀՀ պետական սահմանի օդային տարածքում ահաբեկչական գործողությունների չեզոքացման համար հակաօդային պաշտպանության ու ռազմական ավիացիայի ուժերի կողմից զենքի և մարտական տեխնիկայի կիրառման ընթացակարգը, դրանց կիրառման վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելու իրավասություն ունեցող պաշտոնատար անձանց շրջանակը:
