Մեր դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ վերանայված բյուջեով սահմանված ցուցանիշները կկատարվեն, հնարավոր է նաև գերակատարվեն։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասաց ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։

Վերջինս նշեց, որ այս պահին բյուջեի եկամտային հատվածում ունենք 1տրիլիոն 581 մլրդ դրամ ցուցանիշ, որը, ըստ Բադասյանի, իրատեսական է։

Հարցին` արդյոք այդ ցուցանիշը չի՞ ապահովվել առկա գնաճի հաշվին, Բադասյանը պատասխանեց.

«Բնականաբար, գնաճը իր ազդեցությունն ունի հարկային հավաքագրումների վրա, բայց մենք համեմատել ենք 2021 թ․ 2019 թ․ հետ և արձանագրել ենք, որ 2019 թ․ ցուցանիշները բարելավում են, իսկ այդ թվականը ռեկորդային էր հարկային եկամուտների առումով։ Ավել հավաքագրված գումարի նկատմամբ գնաճը ունի 3.3-3.4%-ի ազդեցություն»։

Անդրադառնալով Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհին հայկական մաքսակետեր տեղադրելու գործընթացին՝ Բադասյանը նշեց.

«Մեր մաքսային ծառայողներն արդեն իրենց ծառայությունը իրականացնում են այդ հատվածում և որոշակի աշխատանքներ ենք տանում, որպեսզի իրենց համար հավելյալ աշխատանքային պայմաններ ապահովենք։ Մաքսային ծառայողները ժամանակավորապես տեղակայված են այնտեղ, որտեղ մյուս պետական ծառայողներին են, մինչեւ հավելյալ հարմարությունների ստեղծում։ Ես չեմ կարող ասել Ադրբեջանը կօգտվի այդ մաքսային ծառայություններից, թե ոչ կամ եթե օգտվի` որ փուլում։ Առայժմ չի եղել դեպք, որ ադրբեջանական մեքենան հատի այդ ճանապարհը և օգտվի մաքսային ծառայությունից»,- ասաց ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։
