Վարորդական իրավունքի տեսական քննության համար ՃՈ տեսուչը 350.000 դրամ կաշառք է վերցրել․ տեսուչը և նրան օժանդակած անձը կալանավորվել են
SOCIETYՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել բավարար ապացույցների համակցություն, որով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության Կոտայքի հաշվառման-քննական բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Է. Ս.-ն չարաշահել է պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները և իր համագյուղացի Գ. Գ.-ի օժանդակությամբ ստացել 350.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք` Երևանի բնակչուհի Լ. Բ.-ին վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական տալու համար անհրաժեշտ տեսական քննությունը կազմակերպելու և դրական գնահատելու համար, տեղեկացնում է կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ըստ առաջադրված մեղադրանքի` Գ. Գ.-ն Լ. Բ.-ի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում վերջինիս վստահեցրել է, որ իր օժանդակությամբ ՃՈ տեսուչ Է. Ս.-ին 350.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք տալու դեպքում վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար անցկացվող տեսական քննությունը ձևական բնույթ կկրի, և հնարավոր խնդիրները կհարթեն ոստիկանության ծառայողները:
Դրանից հետո` նոյեմբերի 27-ին, Լ. Բ.-ն Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության Կոտայքի հաշվառման-քննական բաժանմունքում մասնակցել է վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու տեսական քննությանը, որի ընթացքում չի կարողացել ճիշտ պատասխանել առաջադրված հարցերին: Տեսական քննությունն ընդունող տեսուչ Է. Ս.-ն, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով ծառայության շահերին հակառակ, ուղղորդել է Լ. Բ-ին` նշելու ճիշտ պատասխանները, որի արդյունքում վերջինիս քննությունը դրական է գնահատվել:
Տեսական քննությունից հետո Գ. Գ.-ն ՃՈ տեսուչ Է. Ս.-ին փոխանցելու համար Լ. Բ.-ից ստացել է 350.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառքի գումարը և տեղում բռնվել ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից:
Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար Է. Ս.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Գ. Գ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Երկու մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
