Սերժ Սարգսյանի հստակ արձանագրումը․ սա ոչ թե մեր ժողովրդի, այլ հանցավոր, անպատասխանատու դեմագոգների խմբի պարտությունն է

Հայաստանը դարձել է մի երկիր, որի օրինակով քաղաքագիտությունը կարող է ուսումնասիրել տգետ պոպուլիստների կառավարման կործանարար հետևանքները։ Հայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է այդ մասին ասել «XXI դարի գլոբալ մարտահրավերները. միջկուսակցական հարթություն» թեմայով միջազգային միջկուսակցական տեսակոնֆերանսին ունեցած հեռավար ելույթում: Ներկայացուցչական այս միջոցառումը, որին մասնակցում են մի շարք երկրների և կառավարությունների ղեկավարներ, մի քանի տասնյակ ազդեցիկ քաղաքական ուժերի առաջնորդներ, տեղի է ունենում «Միասնական Ռուսաստան» կուսակցության 20-ամյակի տոնակատարության միջոցառումների շրջանակներում։
Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքներին, նշել, թե ապրում ենք մի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով քննություն ենք հանձնում պատմության և մեր սերունդների առջև: Նրա խոսքով, միլիոնավոր քաղաքացիներ պայքարում են կյանքի իրենց իրավունքի համար, և պետական համակարգերը պարտավոր են դեմքով շրջվել դեպի քաղաքացիներն ու ապացուցել իրենց արդյունավետությունը։
«Ավաղ, այս իրավիճակում ոչ բոլոր երկրների ժողովուրդներին են բաժին ընկել բանիմաց, պատասխանատու և արդյունավետ ղեկավարներ։ Նախքան կորոնավիրուսը՝ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ, այդ թվում Հայաստանը, ախտահարվեցին ծայրաստիճան վտանգավոր մեկ այլ վիրուսով. պոպուլիզմի վիրուսով։ Սա մեծ ցավով եմ նշում, քանի որ իմ երկիրը առ այսօր իր վրա զգում է դիլետանտ-պոպուլիստների ապաշնորհ կառավարման ծանր հետևանքները, և կորոնավիրուսը մեզ բաժին ընկած բնավ միակ փորձությունը չէր»,- արձանագրել է երրորդ նախագահը։
Սերժ Սարգսյանը սրտի ցավով է նշել, թե, օգտվելով Հայաստանում գործող թուլակամ և պոպուլիստ իշխանության վարքագծից, ինչպես նաև շահագրգիռ արտաքին ուժերի թողտվությունից, որոնք երեք տարի առաջ որոշակի նպատակներով օգնեցին նրանց իշխանության գալ հայտնի տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով, Ադրբեջանն այսօր էլ ոտնձգություններ է կատարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ, ահաբեկում սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի խաղաղ քաղաքացիներին, սադրում ռազմական բախումներ և շարունակում գերեվարել նոր զինվորների։
«Բանակն ու դիվանագիտական կորպուսը, որոնք երեք տարվա ընթացքում հիմնովին փլուզվել են պոպուլիստական ռեժիմի կողմից, չկարողացան դիմակայել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային։ Եվս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ, որ սա ոչ թե մեր ժողովրդի, այլ հանցավոր անպատասխանատու դեմագոգների խմբի պարտությունն է»,- նկատել է երրորդ նախագահը։
Թերևս, Սերժ Սարգսյանի պարզ և հստակ խոսքին ավելացնելու այլ բան չկա։
