«Ուրալ» է գալիս, մարդկանց Գորիս տանում առեւտրի, հետ բերում, հացն ամեն օր ԱԻՆ-ն է հասցնում․ Բարձրավանի վարչական ղեկավար
SOCIETYԻրավիճակը նույնն է՝ ճանապարհի սարքելուն դեռ ահագին կա, Սահմանապահ զորքերը Ուրալ են տրամադրել, շաբաթը երկու անգամ անպայման գալիս է, ժողովուրդը գնում են Գորիս, գալիս, առեւտուր են անում, եթե պահանջարկ է լինում, 3-4 անգամ էլ են գալիս, օգնում են։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս խոշորացված համայնքի Բարձրավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Օնիկ Ավագյանը։
Գորիս-Որոտան ճանապարհահատվածին նոյեմբերի 11-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից մաքսակետերի տեղադրումից հետո Գորիս խոշորացված համայնքի 3 գյուղ՝ Բարձրավանը, Որոտանն ու Շուռնուխը, փաստացի, տրանսպորտային շրջափակման մեջ են հայտնվել, քանի որ բնակիչները չեն կարող օգտվել հիմնական միջպետական ավտոճանապարհից, իսկ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհահատվածը դեռ կառուցվում է, իսկ հատկապես տարվա այս եղանակին՝ տեղումների պայմաններում, այն անանցանելի է դառնում մի շարք տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար՝ բացառությամբ ամենագնացների։
«Գորիս գնալու համար այդ «Ուրալ»-ից նաեւ Որոտան ու Շուռնուխ գյուղերի բնակչությունն է օգտվում։ Իջնում ենք Որոտան, որտեղից բարձրանում ենք Խոտ գյուղ, հետո էլ կառուցվող այլընտրանքային ճանապարհով՝ Գորիս։ Սնունդ ունեն մարդիկ, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ԱԻՆ-ի տղաները հաց են բերում, հասցնում, ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակից էլ այսօր օգնություն են ուղարկել, տրամադրվել է ամեն ընտանիքի։ Ուսուցիչներին տեղափոխելու համար Շուռնուխում «ՈւԱԶ» մակնիշի մեքենա են տրամադրել, դրանով այս 3 գյուղի համար տեղաշարժն ապահովվում է։ Դպրոցը նշանառության տակ չէ, ուղղակի երբ դեպի Որոտան ենք գնում, ճանապարհի մի քանի հատվածում, ըստ իրենց GPS-ի, իրենց տարածքով ենք անցնում։ Վաղը, մյուս օրը կարող է գան, ասեն՝ սա մերն է, պոստ ենք բերում դնենք, ոչ մի գարանտիա չունենք, որ մի օր էլ էդ ճանապարհը չենք փոխի՝ թուրքն անկանխատեսելի է՝ ինչ ուզում, դա էլ անում է, որ մի գարանտիա չկա»,- հայտնեց Բարձրավանի վարչական ղեկավարը։
Շտապօգնության սպասարկումը, ըստ Ավագյանի, Կապան քաղաքի կողմից է ժամանակավորապես ապահովվում։
«Այդտեղից եկող ճանապարհն այդ պահի դրությամբ անցանելի է՝ թուրքերը կանգնած են, բայց դեռեւս երթեւեկությունը հասանելի է»,- նշեց Ավագյանը։
