Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը խաթարել է իշխանության անդորրը

Հայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը «XXI դարի գլոբալ մարտահրավերները. միջկուսակցական հարթություն» թեմայով միջազգային միջկուսակցական տեսակոնֆերանսին, խաթարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների անդորրը: Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան և խմբակցության պատգամավորները հրահանգ են ստացել ծաղրել երրորդ նախագահին, նրա ելույթում հնչեցված թեզերը, քանի որ բազմամյա պետական գործչի ֆոնին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը չափազանց խղճուկ վիճակում է հայտնվել։ Չկարողանալով հերքել Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին ասված թուլակամ և պոպուլիստ որակումները՝ փաշինյանական քարոզչամեքենան հիմա էլ փորձում է ապացուցել, թե տարիներ առաջ նախկին իշխանություններն էլ ոչ բավարար չափով են պատասխանել ՀՀ հասցեին հնչած մեղադրանքներին։
«Օգտվելով Հայաստանում գործող թուլակամ և պոպուլիստ իշխանության վարքագծից, ինչպես նաև շահագրգիռ արտաքին ուժերի թողտվությունից, որոնք երեք տարի առաջ որոշակի նպատակներով օգնեցին նրանց իշխանության գալ հայտնի տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով՝ Ադրբեջանն այսօր էլ ոտնձգություններ է կատարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ, ահաբեկում սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի խաղաղ քաղաքացիներին, սադրում ռազմական բախումներ և շարունակում գերեվարել նոր զինվորների»,- նշել էր Սարգսյանն ու հավելել, թե Հայաստանը դարձել է մի երկիր, որի օրինակով քաղաքագիտությունը կարող է ուսումնասիրել տգետ պոպուլիստների կառավարման կործանարար հետևանքները։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ գործող իշխանությունները հատկապես ծանր են տարել երրորդ նախագահի մի դիտարկումը, թե բանակն ու դիվանագիտական կորպուսը, որոնք երեք տարվա ընթացքում հիմնովին փլուզվել են պոպուլիստական ռեժիմի կողմից, չկարողացան դիմակայել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային։
«Եվս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ, որ սա ոչ թե մեր ժողովրդի, այլ հանցավոր անպատասխանատու դեմագոգների խմբի պարտությունն է»,- նկատել էր Սարգսյանը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկ տարի շարունակ փորձում էր հանրության՝ իրեն հավատարիմ հատվածին ներշնչել, թե պարտության մեղավորը ոչ թե գործող իշխանություններն են, այլ բանակն ու տնտեսությունը կեղեքած նախկինները։ Բոլոր այդ մեղադրանքները հօդս են ցնդում երրորդ նախագահի մի քանի հատու գնահատականներով։ Առաջիկայում ականատեսը կլինենք Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ ուժգնացող նոր արշավի, Փաշինյանը փորձելու է ամեն գնով իրենից հեռացնել հստակ մեղադրանքները։
