Վրաստանում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացի է ձերբակալվել թմրանյութերի իրացման մեղադրանքով

Վրաստանի Քութայիս քաղաքում Թուրքիայի 25-ամյա քաղաքացի է ձերբակալվել թմրանյութերի խոշոր խմբաքանակ իրացնելու մեղադրանքով: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասվում է ՆԳ նախարարության կայքում զետեղված հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Գերատեսչության տեղեկատվության համաձայն, ձերբակալելուց առաջ դատավորի որոշման հիման վրա իրականացվել է մեղադրյալից թմրանյութերի ստուգիչ գնում, ինչպես նաեւ գնման գործընթացի գաղտնի աուդիո- եւ տեսանկարահանում:

Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ձերբակալվածը տարբեր ժամանակներում վաճառել է MDMA եւ հերոին թմրանյութերի խոշոր խմբաքանակ: Բաթումում ձերբակալվածի անձնական բնակարանի եւ ժամանակավոր կացարանի խուզարկության ընթացքում ոստիկանությունն առգրավել է մետամֆիտամինի երեք փաթեթ, որոնք նախատեսված են եղել վաճառքի համար:

Հետաքննությունը տարվում է Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 260 հոդվածով՝ «Հատկապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների, դրանց համանմանների, նախորդողների կամ նոր հոգեակտիվ նյութերի անօրինական պատրաստում, ձեռքբերում, պահում, տեղափոխում, առաքում կամ իրացում»:

Հանցագործությունը պատժվում է ութից մինչեւ 20 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկմամբ կամ ցմահ բանտարկությամբ: Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության տվյալների համաձայն, ծանր թմրանյութերը երկրում հայտնվում են Արեւելքից՝ «Պոնիչալա կանալի» (Թբիլիսիի ծայրամաս) միջոցով: Եվրոպայից Վրաստան են բերում այսպես կոչված «կծիքով թմրանյութեր», իսկ թմրանյութերի տարածման եւ իրացման գլխավոր ուղին Ինտերնետի միջոցով վաճառքն է, հաղորդել է Sputnik-ը:
