Մարտակերտի բնակիչն իրականացրել է սպանություն՝ մարտական նռնակի պայթեցմամբ
SOCIETYՄարտակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ Ռ.Ն-ն 2020թ. հոկտեմբեր ամսվա սկզբներին ԱՀ Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մատաղիս համայնք տանող ավտոճանապարհին հրետակոծության ենթարկված ավտոմեքենայի հարակից տարածքից հայտնաբերելով ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող 1 հատ «РГД-5», 2 հատ «Ф-1» տեսակի մարտական նռնակներ, 2 հատ «УЗРГМ» տեսակի պայթուցիչներ և 1 հատ պայթուցիկ նյութ հանդիսացող 200 գրամանոց տրոտիլային պայթաղյուս, ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել դրանք և պահել իրեն պատկանող «ВАЗ 21 063» ավտոմեքենայում, իսկ 1 հատ «РГД-5» և 1 հատ «Ф-1» տեսակի մարտական նռնակները` տևական ժամանակ կրել: Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի դատախազությունից:
2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 24-ին, ժամը 01-ի սահմաններում, ապօրինի կերպով կրելով ծակող-կտրող սառը զենք հանդիսացող որսորդական դանակ և գտնվելով նույն շրջանի Մեհմանա համայնքում տեղակայված՝ հանգուցյալ Գ.Ա-ի առանձնատանը, ալկոհոլային խմիչքների ազդեցության տակ վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել նույն համայնքի բնակիչ Ռ.Ա-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում, երբ վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է վերջինիս կնոջ հարազատ եղբայր Ս.Ա-ն ու վիրավորական արտահայտություն արել իր հասցեին, տեղում առաջացած զայրույթից ապօրինաբար, ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ երկուսին կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, գիտակցելով պայթյունի հետևանքով անձանց մահվան անխուսափելիությունը, իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող՝ ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Ф-1» տեսակի մարտական նռնակը բերելով մարտական վիճակի, այն հապճեպ տվել է Ս.Ա-ին, ով իսկույն նետել է հարակից սենյակ, որից հետո ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «РГД-5» տեսակի նռնակը նույնպես բերելով մարտական վիճակի, այն նետել է նրանց ուղղությամբ, որի պայթյունից առաջացած բեկորներից Ռ.Ա-ն մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է, իսկ Ս.Ա-ն հարակից սենյակի պատի տակ թաքնվելով՝ կարողացել է խուսափել վնասվելուց:
Նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից Ռ.Ն-ն որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 245-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 245-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) և ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 33/103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (Երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձ) նախատեսված ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունների կատարման համար:
