Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
«Քանի որ կապիտուլյանտները ՏԻՄ-երն արդեն քաղաքականացրել են և համայնքների ավագանիները դարձրել են կուսակցական «ժողովներ», հետևաբար գրեթե տարբերություն չկա համապետական և համայնքային ընտրությունների միջև։
Հոկտեմբերի 17-ի՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ի և դեկտեմբերի 5-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ու հանրային տրամադրությունները վկայում են հետևյալի մասին.
1. 2021 թ. հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները՝ քաղաքական իմաստով կեղծված են և գործող կառավարությունն ու խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը չեն արտահայտում հանրային տրամադրությունների իրական պատկերը։ Սկսվում է իշխող կապիտուլյանտ ռեժիմի լեգիտիմության ճգնաժամը։
2. Կապիտուլյանտները չունեն բավարար քաղաքական կապիտալ՝ հետագա կառավարման համար։ Ըստ համայնքային համայնապատկերի՝ ՔՊ քաղաքական որոշումներն այլևս չեն կարող հնչել պետության կամ հայ ժողովրդի անունից։ Նիկոլի միջազգային կամ ներքին ցանկացած որոշում, ստորագրված թուղթ կամ նախաձեռնած գործընթաց լեգիտիմ չէ և հենված է միայն ապօրինի պարտադրանքի ուժի վրա։ Նա բոլորովին իրավունք չունի խոսելու «ժողովրդից ստացած մանդատի» մասին։
3. Հանրության ակտիվ և գիտակից հատվածը չի՛ վստահում, չի՛ ստարում կապիտուլյանտին ու իր ՔՊ-ին։ Իսկ առողջ ու կայացած մարդիկ նախընտրում են այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ միավորվել ու առաջ գնալ։
4. Հասարակության շուրջ 65%-ն անտարբեր ու հիասթափված է քաղաքական անցուդարձերից։ Սա բերել է քաղաքական մասնակցայնության ճգնաժամի, որն էլ նշանակում է թույլ և խաթարված ժողովրդավարություն։
5. Հավաքական «ընդդիմություն» կոչվածը բազմաշերտ է ու դեռևս ոչ միասնական։ Եթե հաջողվի բոլոր տիպի ընդդիմությունները միավորել, մեկ շաբաթ հետո Նիկոլից միայն տխուր հուշեր են մնալու»։
