ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ԱԳ նախարարները համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ

ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունները խորապես անհանգստացած են ՀԱՊԿ տարածքում և դրա սահմաններից դուրս տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական հարձակումների և այդ նպատակներով համացանցի, այդ թվում ուղիղ հեռարձակումների աճող օգտագործման կապակցությամբ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին ասված է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների՝ Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Տաջիկստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների՝ ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 28-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ընդունված հայտարարությունում:
ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարները ընդգծել են, որ ահաբեկչությունը իր բոլոր տեսակներով և դրսևորումներով ամենամեծ սպառնալիքներից մեկն է աշխարհի և միջազգային անվտանգության համար, ահաբեկչական ցանկացած գործողություն հանցագործություն է և չունի արդարացում՝ անկախ դրա դրդապատճառներից կամ շարժառիթից:
«Մենք վերահաստատում ենք ահաբեկչության դեմ միջազգային պայքարում միասնականությունը պահպանելու մեր հանձնառությունը՝ ճանաչելով ՄԱԿ-ի կենտրոնական և համակարգող դերը այդ հարցում։ Վերստին հայտարարում ենք, որ պետությունները առանցքային դեր ունեն ահաբեկչության կանխարգելման և դրա դեմ պայքարում՝ համաձայն Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության կանոնադրության: Մենք վերահաստատում ենք մեր հանձնառությունը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլոբալ հակաահաբեկչական ռազմավարության ամբողջական կատարմանը՝ հարգելով մարդու իրավունքները, հիմնարար ազատությունները և օրենքի գերակայությունը», - հայտարարել են ԱԳ նախարարները:
ՀԱՊԿ երկրների արտգործնախարարները ողջունում են ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ «Ահաբեկչական գաղափարների տարածմանը հակազդելու համապարփակ միջազգային շրջանակային ռազմավարություն» (S/2017/375) վերնագրով փաստաթուղթը՝ կոչ անելով մասնակից պետություններին հետևել այդ փաստաթղթի առաջնորդող սկզբունքներին և լավագույն փորձին:
Նրանք նաև մտահոգություն են հայտնել այդ թվում համացանցի միջոցով բռնություն և ահաբեկչություն հրահրող ատելության խոսքի և գաղափարների տարածման կապակցությամբ: ԱԳ նախարարների կարծիքով՝ ատելության քարոզը և ահաբեկչական գաղափարները կանխելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ջանքեր գործադրել տեղեկատվական գրագիտությունը հատկապես երիտասարդության շրջանում զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԳ նախարարի համակարգմամբ ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 28-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի էր ունեցել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ԱԳ նախարարների աշխատանքային հանդիպումը:
