Վլադիմիր Մարտիրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Խնդիրը նրանում չէ ,որ Վանաձորի ՔՊ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն, նույնիսկ իր թաղամասում է պարտվել, խնդիրը նրանում է, որ բակի մակարդակով պարտվողը առհասարակ կարող Լոռվա մարզպետ լինել:
Սա համապետական խնդիր է, որն այսօր «կառավարության ղեկավարը» իր գրառման մեջ ներկայացրել է, որպես ձեռքբերում: Իբր «արտաքին անվտանգային մարտահրավերներով» զբաղվողին պետք է հուշել, որ նախ իշխանության համար ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները իր և իր թիմի քաղաքական լեգիտիմության չափման լավագույն ցուցիչն են, այլ ոչ թե ժողովրդավարության մակարդակի չափորոշիչ և «ժանգոտ դեմոկրատ» երևալու առիթ:
Քաղաքական շահ ունեցողները ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները դիտարկում են քաղաքական և որպես քաղաքական ուժերի բալանսի ցուցիչ, բայց այդպես չեն մտածում և մերժում են քաղաքական կոմպոնենտը հենց այդ ընտրություններում առաջադրվողները, հաղթողները, պարտվողները, ընտրության գնացողներն ու չգնացողները: Խնդիրը նաև նրանում է, որ դա նաև ընդիմադիր ուժի քաղաքական պոտենցիալի ցուցիչ է: Սա ապացուցվում է ՏԻՄ ընտրության թեկնածուների իրենց ազգանուններով դաշինքներ ստեղծելու շքերթով և այն մաքսիմալ ապաքաղաքական ցույց տալով:
Այս քաղաքական գործընթացը ապացուցում է նաև, որ անրաժեշտ է մտածել մեծամասնական ներկայացուցչության ինստիտուտը քաղաքական համակարգ վերադարձնելու մասին, քանի որ սուպերքաղաքականացումն ու կուսակցականացումը ՏԻՄ-ը օրգանապես վանում և օտարում է իրենից ընտրությունների ժամանակ, որն էլ իր հերթին հանգեցնում է ՏԻՄ-ի օտարմանը դեռ կայացման փուլ անցնող կուսակցական և քաղաքական համակարգից՝ այդ գործընթացը տանելով դեպի ստվեր:
Սա նաև քաղաքական սերնդափոխության և ՏԻՄ-ում արձանագրած success story-ին համապետական մակարդակում առողջ քաղաքական ամբիցիայով դրսևորելու խթան է, առանց հին կամ նոր քաղաքական կուսակցությունների սխալների կամ հաջողությունների բեռը պարտադրաբար իրենց վերագրելու:
P.S. Այս ընտրությունները իհարկե չեն ստիպի իշխանություն կրող «հնամաշ նորերին» վերանայեն իրենց «հպարտամտությունը», որը վերածվել է քաղաքական ժուլիկության և իր հերթին համեմված է պնդաճակատ բթամտությամբ, սակայն մենք այլևս պետք է երկրորդական դարձնենք կուսակցա-քաղաքական շահը ամրացնելով քայքայված քաղաքական համակարգի և պետական շահի դիրքերը:
