«Ցավոտ զիջումները» հասնում են Տավո՞ւշ. սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպարում շուտով կսկսվի նոր ճանապարհի կառուցումը
SOCIETY«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով, Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպարում նոր ճանապարհ է կառուցվելու։ Արդեն կարծիքներ կան, որ այն լինելու է այլընտրանքային ու տեղի բնակիչների մոտ մտահոգություն կա, որ «ցավոտ» զիջումները կհասնեն նաեւ իրենց։ Ճանապարհաշինական աշխատանքները սկսվելու են առաջիկա օրերին. նոր ճանապարհը մի քանի գյուղեր կապելու է Բագրատաշեն անցակետին։
Տավուշի այս գյուղի մոտով երկու ճանապարհ է անցնում։ Ադրբեջանական մարտական դիտակետերից արձակվող գնդակոծություններից Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս ավտոճանապարհով երթևեկողների անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու նպատակով ժամանակին կառուցվել է հիմնական ճանապարհը շրջանցող ճանապարհ: Գյուղի կողքով անցնում է նաև Իջևան-Նոյեմբերյան ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհը:
Մ 16 մայրուղին, որը կապում է Բագրատաշեն անցակետին, ըստ Google քարտեզի, մի քանի հատվածից հատում է Ադրբեջանի սահմանը։
Տեղեկությունները պարզաբանելու համար «Փաստինֆո»-ն կապ հաստատեց Ոսկեպարի համայնքապետ Սերոբ Մաղսուդյանի հետ։ Վերջինս նշեց, որ ճանապարհի կառուցման մասին տեղեկության լսել է, բայց այս պահին աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվում, պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն էլ չկա։
«Այս պահի դրությամբ աշխատանքներ չկան։ Այն, ինչ դուք եք լսել, նույնը ես եմ լսել, բայց ոչ մի պաշտոնական բան չկա։ Ընդհանրապես չգիտեմ»։
Փորձեցինք հասկանալ՝ արդյոք տեղեկությունները լսելով համայնքապետը փորձե՞լ է կառավարությունից մանրամասներ իմանալ ու հասկանալ՝ ճանապարհների վերանորոգման, թե այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի կառուցման մասին է խոսքը, Մաղսուդյանը նշեց. «Ոչ մի այդպիսի բան պաշտոնապես չկա դեռևս»։
Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումանը նույնպես նշեց, թե անտեղյակ է։ «Չունեմ նման տեղեկատվություն»,- «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց մարզպետը։
ՏԿԵ ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտից էլ հրաժարվեցին բանավոր հարցմանը պատասխանել՝ նշելով, որ հարցումը պետք է գրավոր ուղարկել, միայն այդ կերպով կարող են պատասխանել։
«Ձեր հարցերը ձևակերպեք, մեր մասնագետները կնայեն, կպատասխանեն։ Մենք հարցերը գրավոր ընդունում, գրավոր պատասխանում ենք»,- հայտնեցին վարչությունից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 5-ին տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար համայնքում ռուս զինվորականներն ուղեկալ են տեղադրել։
